there's a part of me that has the soul of a 12 year old in the '90s trapped permanently inside me. i think Mr Hankey is awesome and actively anticipate his appearances. i pine for the days where Cartman was known as the respect mah authoritah and pot pie kid. i respect the lore that they give for Kenny's deaths later on, but i also particularly respect its episodic nature earlier on and seeing how they try to subvert the novelty of it so early on (but this might also just be the cartoonist and lover of gags in me talking). i am having a blast with this rewatch and i really am excited to see how the show evolves in its characters and art direction, but there is such a prominent part of me that wishes it stayed forever in the '90s and everything looked bad and there were maybe too many fart jokes but endearingly so. even i can acknowledge that it would be a worse show for it, but it would be my worse show 🫶

The white border around the red cross represents the white sandy beaches of Florida. The orange background can represent the abundance of oranges grown in the state, as well as the water colour when the sun is just rising. The white flower in the middle is an orange blossom, the state flower, and each of the 5 petals represents the 5 biggest cities in Florida, Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, and Tallahassee. The petals come together to form the entire state of Florida. The orange disc in the center of the flower represents the sun, as Florida is known as "The Sunshine State". The orange lines coming from the disc into the petals represents the sun's rays basking all of Florida in warm sunshine. Colours: Red, orange, and white are colours that tend to be closely associated with Florida and Spain, the empire that once rules Florida but has greatly influenced the culture of Florida.

Takehiko Fuji (藤丈彦) is a third year, the initial founder of WICKED JEWEL (a completely separate unit), and, as most would put it, one of the most skilled individuals in the school. His brand as 'TAKE!' is being cute, fun, and most of all, interactive! He's seen frequently interacting with fans both in and out of performances, and just about everyone who's had the pleasure of attending one of his fan events can testify to his gratuitous kindness!

Some drama arose at the end of his second year when he revealed to the public his departure from WICKED JEWEL, leaving previous co-founder Yori Kanemoto (and other members) to pick up the slack where they dropped it, and neither unit was seen doing events in the interim of the summer.
