It’s Workout Wednesday 💥 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔹TEMPO HIGH BAR SQUATS 🔹for Athletes & Power/Strength Lifters - Muscle contractions involve shortening and lengthening while the muscle is still producing force.
