I still will never understand the whole facade idea/ putting up a front when it comes to Scout’s character neither the ‘insecure and constantly needing to prove himself as a tough guy’ , toxic masculinity, as core personality traits because the only ones we’ve seen doing that is Spy.

Remember, Scout was the one to say that Spy was better than him when it came to dealing with smarter, classier women. And SPY is the one who went out of his way to shove a microphone in front of his face to announce it to the entire team.

Now tell me who’s the boastful one who feels the need to prove himself all the time?

Who is the one who feels he needs to maintain a facade or certain reputation?

Who is the one literally wearing a mask?

Who is the one who we still do not know the name of?

Who hides behind his stoicism?

Pyro and Engineer are not cannonly in a father son relationship. Those two are grown consenting non-related adults!

So if you see Pyro and Engineer as family, that's fine just don't go into every goddam Texas Toast comment section and go "Erm actually they are father n son" because no one like you if you do that. That is why you don't get invited to partys Steve! Because you are the fun cops!

Small rant about Spy x Scout, aka tf2 incest, be warned.

I ship SpyScout, not because of "Father son incest🤤🤤🤤🤤 old man preys on son" nah uh, I ship it because of the dynamics, the more realistic ones.

Starting off: Spy is an avoidant, he has severe commitment and avoidant issues. He sleeps with women, probably leaves em with a kid (like he did to Scout's mother) and goes poof. Right? Like if he genuinely falls in love with a lady, he just dips. He just cant do it. While Scout is the total opposite, hes a very clingy guy and seems like an anxious attachment. Do u see where Im getting at??

Whenever Scout gets too close to Spy, like, is too sappy, emotional or lovey dovey, Spy just pushes him away. It's different to when he's being sappy, because hes lowkey a hypocrite like that. And when Spy distances, Scout only chases after him, like tries to win him back by being more loving. Which yk, only makes spy distance himself more.

Their relationship would be very messy, even ignoring the incest factor, it would be all hurt, little to no comfort. Spy is an asshole who cant let himself be vulnerable, while Scout is TERRIFIED of Spy leaving him and stuff.

Realistically, this shit would NOT work out well, or be healthy just like most if not all of tf2 ships.

Ahem incest part: Spy would definitely feel guilt, how could he not? Even if he abandoned his son since birth, even if he wasnt there to watch his boy grow up, to form a father and son bond with Scout, he still feels icky about it, because at the end of the day that is still his biological son, his flesh and blood. While Scout, if he don't know, he would feel a bit weird when he thinks of Spy as a father of sorts yk, cus daddy issues, not knowing that is lowkey his dad. BUT if he did know, thats a while other story, for the sake of me I'll worry about it later.

Summary: Spy x scout is a very interesting ship if you look deeper. Avoidant x anxious attachment. And the fact that Spy wasn't there for scout to get that fatherly feeling to him, and more but its 2 am in tired,okay bye.

The lock in Medic/Serverblight vs. Universe has an awesome series of videos. I recently watched the Serverblight vs. American Boot video and two characters stood out to me. We will start with Lil Engie.

Why is he here???? Why would you put him through this?? This is a child! Lil Engie had to watch two of his parental figures (I genuinely believe that Engie sees Gardener Heavy as a Father figure) fight, and then see one of them die, while the other is turned into a monster. We also don't know what happened to him. I like to hope he was able to activate his other Dads and get away, but if he wasn't immune or rescued than it isn't looking for the little guy.

It's even sadder when you think about the fact that this universe is one of the more peaceful universes. I don't believe there has been a major conflict that has lasted more than one episode. What makes this worse is that there are actual kids in this universe. The only other universe that i can think of that actively has children is Don't Join Red Team, and even there the kids are often spared the worst of it. It really shows that the Serverblight does not care about anyone or anything.

Now, for the real reason for this rant. THIS IS KIA. FROM THE SCRATCHED UNIVERSE.

Has this man not suffered enough???? We don't know at what point the Serverblight takes over his Universe, but we can say at the very least he has met Heavy, and at most he has met Heavy and Smoke. So this man lost his original team, found a new group of people he cares about, only to loose not only them, but his ENTIRE universe. Ever server, every person, just gone. I can't image the anguish he is going through. To be actively working to save your world from an alien eldritch horror, only for a worse eldritch horror to wipe out everything. He must feel like he failed in some way, or that he's cursed. The survivors guilt must be crazy. My man does not deserve this.

I can't wait to see where the series goes from here.

Unpopular opinion: I hate mimi sentry, mge bro, and modern tf2 memes with a passion!!!

Mimi sentry looks like a watered down circus baby from fnaf sl. She looks unoriginal, ugly, and uninspiring. She looks like a deviantart oc from 2016. She looks like star from svtfoe if she was fused with circus baby and bam!!! You get the ugliest thing ever imagined... and so is the Engineer's machine girls, tf2 weapon anime girls, etc... it's getting annoying...

Also, the mge bro and tick tock memes are basically just "ok, so... tf2 soldier cropped porn, make it as unfunny as possible, and....that's it" I know those images before little children used them as unfunny memes that was made by a goanimate character. I miss the surprise buttsecks, nope, pootis, gmod, sfm, smexual, freak fortress era of tf2 memes...(2007-2016) the new ones are just.... ew... I bet tf2 mercenaries hate the modern memes!!!

What made old tf2 memes (and old memes in general) so special is that they made sense, had a punchline, were accurate to the lore, and were actually funny and original!!! Unlike modern memes which are so retarded and braindead.

We need to bring back old memes!!!

To elaborate on Spy, I think Scout got the ADHD from him, except Scout's a mix of both hyperactive and inattentive and Spy's mostly inattentive. Spy would fiddle with his butterfly knife thing while in a meeting, zoning out, and if someone asks him a question he's answers correctly because he's like half listening. Scout, on the other hand, doodles or fidgets with his hand wraps or bounces his leg or something. He, like Spy, is also paying attention (although maybe less attention than Spy).

I hate the “pyro is secretly a woman” trope so much- it’s partially a projecting thing of my own gender being “fuck if I know, just not female”, but also it just feels like an excuse to have more boobs besides the ones belonging to ms Pauling and medic. It just feels shallow. Theyre already an intriguing character without slapping an hourglass body and long hair on them like I’ve seen in 90% of fem pyro depictions. I dunno, I’m honestly exhausted rn so this might just be incomprehensible word-vomit, and I just know someone will take this as me hating women (I don’t, I just think the trope sucks in this particular instance) so whatever.
