How do you move your body and take care of yourself everyday? These two things are a huge priority for me in my daily life. I try to move my body in some way 5-6x every week. Sometimes it looks like walking or hiking. Other times, it's yoga, strength training, or pole dancing! Movement isn't the only thing that's included in my self-care list. Some other things are: taking time to slow down throughout and at the end of the day, spending time alone, and meditating. We all have our things that keep us moving, well and centered.
