Another great day in the books!!! Worked out! Completed my meal preps --- side note I work two jobs (so I work everyday) SUPER challenging to get my meal prep done Sunday as I work 3-11pm, no complaining just mentioning. 🙌🏼💃🏼🏃🏼‍♀️Friday running into the weekend like it's my business! //:side note I work weekends lol 💁🏼🤷🏼‍♀️🙋🏼 Anyway yesterday was great! Today I stayed on track with my news even when I joined some coworkers for lunch at a Mexican restaurant. I didn't eat anything I had already had my M3!!!!!🙌🏼. I have been doing two a days with workouts! . . Thursday- I did running for 2.5 miles and 60 mins dance class. Friday- running 2.0 miles . HUMP DAY! 🐫🍑🐫🍑 Today was ANOTHER amazing ✨💥 day!! Knocked my #BOOTYCALL out tha park! Stayed on track with all my meals. Did some cardio on the StairMaster or Death Master 💀☠️😹 THEN met a friend for a Pilates HIIT class I've been wanting to try for a MONTH! . . IT. WAS. KILLER. 🔥🔥🔥 My legs were on fire! Hurt so good. Haha treated myself to a new sports bra and shirt like our TIU challenge said! Didn't make the live workout but did listen in at the Q&A love that you girls are so real!!!
