You know the saying, fix your ponytail and handle it. 💁🏻♀️ . Getting use to doing these warm up drills during the 1st 10 minutes of my runs. Though I still look like a royal nerd doing them. Hence, why I go to this spot so the neighbors don’t think I’m nuts. . I followed these with a #fartlek run - 9 intervals at threshold which I thought I crushed because they were faster than the goal. But I think the point was to stay within a range and not go so hard. But I’m #extra when I’m feeling good. I mean, look at this weather. 😍 . Followed this with my longest #TriDot bike ride to date at 1:45. And it too felt awesome. #whatishappening ? . So, closing out the week with another 100 pushups and 2600 for the month!! We’re 5 days away from being done with the challenge!! .
