from how I view it, necrophilia is a sexual intercourse with a corpse. not a ghost or a vampire. a corpse as in a decomposing body that is lying still, unresponsive and unmoving, because it’s dead. twilight franchise is not about necrophilia because the vampires in the movies aren’t dead bodies.
so to answer your question, it depends on how a character is portrayed and if it’s portrayed as an unresponsive and decomposing corpse. if it’s a zombie with a human character then imo it still depends on how the zombie character is portrayed. if they’re walking and alert and responsive then even if they’re biologically “dead”, they’re still not really a corpse the way a normal corpse is a corpse.
people with this kind of fantasy are aroused by a body that is unresponsive, or maybe decomposing too, they’re not necessarily aroused by a talking and fully alert vampire.
