Playing the quest as Lumine really enhances it by making Direidyth a very flustered lesbian
Either that, or for a brief moment she thought the Saviour transed their gender and was like ????
Or both...

Talking about Skirk is like looking at an iceberg, her released is just the tip, while her story is buried deep in flavor text from Tartaglia's early mentions to Fontaine, and from her drip marketing to her story quest.
This is a deep dive so get comfy or keep scrolling because we're going all the way to the bottom of the Abyss.
Her story quest start with the Traveler not feeling well. Paimon notices something is off and suggests visiting Baizhu at Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue.
Baizhu examines the Traveler and says the body is fine so whatever is happening might be deeper, maybe mental or even tied to the soul, so he suggests the Traveler sleep at the pharmacy.
While asleep, the Traveler drifts into a sort of lucid dream, and within this distorted vision, an entity emerges to drive a spike into their back. The pain is sharp but when they wake there's no mark at all, making the whole thing even more unsettling.
To ease the tension Paimon suggests grabbing a bite, and while they eat at Wanmin Restaurant and talk about what happened, Skirk appears. She tells them the Traveler's soul is injured by abyssal influence and offers help but she needs a clear yes on whether they will trust her, and also admits helping is useful to her, since she wants to investigate what's going on.
Before leaving she counts some mora on the table and asks them to cover the wine she drank with that money. When the Traveler and Paimon go to pay, the clerk says they are overpaying. They tell him that extra is for the woman who had the wine but he insists he served no one else. After a bit of back and forth he concedes he did open a jar of wine, as if Skirk's memory had been wiped from his mind.
The Traveler and Paimon head to the meeting point at Guili Plains. There they see Rifthounds gathering "god remains".
After defeating them, they run into Skirk and the Traveler and Paimon ask why no one seemed to remember her. Skirk explains it's because she has no desire to establish a connection with the world and that the weak and the lowly have no right to remember her.
A Space and Time for You from Footprints of the Traveler Vol. 4 Yang Lee, Xin Zhao, HOYO-MiX
This quest goes all in with the abyss order keeping us distracted while they set up their plan, Direidyth pulling the Traveler into a time loop, the loom of fate twisting the ley lines with Dainsleif's memories and even the Lord of the Night allowing a fragment of Khaenri'ah to overlap with Natlan's Night Kingdom.
While Natlan is distracted with festivals and competitions, the abyss order shows coordinated moves across the region.
The Traveler joins patrols for Natlan's competition and comes across a hidden cave, where a Hilichurl flees as they arrive, leaving behind a shining key. It's the exact same as the one the Traveler already holds, the key to their spaceship's Hibernation Chamber, which can only mean it belongs to their sibling.
Later, when speaking with Mavuika, the Traveler tells her straight out that their sibling is the leader of the Abyss. Mavuika, cautious after hearing this, questions where the Traveler's loyalty really stands… with Natlan or with the Abyss? Once convinced, she sends them to support the Masters of the Night Wind against the invasion.
After fighting alongside Iansan and Citlali, they manage to hold off the abyss order but no real answers come from the battle. So, with nothing solid to work with, the Traveler and Paimon decide to head back to the cave, hoping to find another lead.
Back at the cave, a girl named Direidyth suddenly appears. She warns of monsters that neither the Traveler nor Paimon can see, until the Traveler takes her hand and riftwolves suddenly appear.
After breaking down Skirk's Story Quest, I organized these key points as a focused reference. They are likely to be relevant as the game's narrative develops:
Skirk's powers. Her abilities don't come from Visions of the "Light Realm" but from the Abyss, the "Void Realm". To prevent suspicion, she disguises them as Cryo through a Khaenri'ahn technique known as the "Seven-Shifting Serpent".
The origin of the Five Sinners. They stole the "all-encompassing power of the Abyss", an act so infamous that the people of Khaenri'ah labeled them the Five Sinners. Skirk's master is one of them, The Foul (Surtalogi), which explains both his mastery of Void power and the reaction his epithet inspires.
Surtalogi's shifting form. The strange creature (Skirk's emotions) said that Surtalogi can take on any form. Then he could appear in various forms and we must stay alert in every encounter with the possible "him".
A different perspective on the Abyssal power. What seems like a corrupting force can also be understood as a natural phenomenon, like a storm or a hurricane. Dangerous without control but if mastered, it becomes just another tool. To Skirk, Abyssal power seems to be not inherently evil but simply another energy that can be wielded.
The debate over purification. The Traveler believes they can "purify" Abyssal power but Skirk challenges that view saying that energy doesn't simply vanish. What the Traveler could be doing is the same thing Skirk did with Skofnungr (breaking the corruption apart so it scatters and reforms over time) or perhaps even absorbing it. The Traveler may be able to wield both Light and Void power.
Skirk integrating her emotions. By reconciling with the emotions she once suppressed, Skirk might have altered her path. The question now is whether this reintegration could tie her more closely to Teyvat's fate through bonds and attachment, perhaps even making her a Descender.
Teyvat's false sky. In the video of Ajax's three questions "Skirk: an End and a Beginning", the ending shows young Skirk looking at a ruined world from space. Could that planet be Teyvat seen from the outside? In fact, it's similar to what we see in the "Star Odyssey" video. Maybe its surface looks ruined so invaders (like the ones who destroyed Skirk's planet) won't notice it. What if Teyvat is a kind of hidden refuge?
I feel that if Skirk were to become a Descender, she could give the Traveler so much information she surely has about Teyvat. At first she was just responding with data, without involving herself or truly changing anything around her… but what if her focus shifts just a little now?
Pity 79, still not Skirk and not even the shadow of Dahlia 😢
I had enough, I'll wait for Emilie
Imagine at this point I also lose 50/50 🤡
