He finally has someone to talk about art with!! Yes your mediums might be different but that doesn’t stop him from discussing his latest project with you.

He’d want to try it out of course, especially if you like to draw, paint or sculpt people. In fact you were the one who got him into drawing to do alongside his wax work.

You’re his muse, his inspiration. Expect many drawings from him. Mainly of his favourite parts of you.

Michael

Don’t make a mess and no I won’t help.

He’ll be uninterested at first but once he sees the paint and glitter he’s all on board but he does prefer to watch you while you work.

If you’re up into the late hours of the night on a project he’ll force you to join him in bed.

Brahms

Arts and crafts!!!

You’ll have to explain to Brahms that what you do is serious and he can’t mess around with your things.

He’ll copy what you do resulting in you buying cheaper art supplies for him.

He likes drawing with you, it helps him get his emotions out healthily.

Wildflowers: Sinclair bros drabble

Lester~

* Buttercups just screamed Lester

* Anytime you walked by a patch you thought of him

* You’d tie a bunch together with a grass blade and put them around the house regularly

* It just brightened up the room and you loved seeing the cute face he’d make whenever he sees the bundle of buttercups

* Lester would tell you a hundred times over how beautiful he thinks you look with the soft yellow glow

* He loves it when he randomly catches you humming “Build Me Up Buttercup” while you do lil things around town

* Bet on him turning the radio up if that song comes on

Bo~

* Bo doesn’t know this and you won’t tell him but Bo is a dandelion

* Even though it’s a weed its still beautiful

* Pretty much sums up Bo ( a beautiful weed)

* You like blowing the little tufts even though Bo tells you not to cause “he doesn’t want those ugly plants everywhere”

* But once he realizes what they represent to you he’ll still gripe about it but he doesn’t mind as much

* You secretly try to blow them towards the station just to see if it’ll reach Bo

* Anytime he sees one go by he can’t help but think of you

Vincent~

* Peach Foxglove flowers always made you think of Vincent and though there wasn’t many around Ambrose you could still find a couple here and there

* You tried coating them in wax so that you could place them in the House of Wax without them wilting

* You failed every time but Vincent thinks the effort was sweet

* Vincent wants to see you happy so he gets Lester to pick up some Foxglove seeds and helps you plant them later

* Whenever he finds some that you’ve left laying around he takes them and presses them in one of his favorite books so they can dry

* He already knows Bo is gonna pick on him over the pretty flowers but he doesn’t care

* He is very protective over them

Y'all notice in House of Wax, Vincent's black hoodie is probably one size bigger than he is, and goes down to like, his mid thigh, just above his knees.

If I ever wear anything like that, I'm drowning in soft hooded fabric that'd bury me chin to calves in black hoodie.

I'm getting fic ideas y'all need to stop me

Something I noticed while rewatching House of Wax...

Warning, SPOILERS for H.o.W. (2005)

While watching House of Wax a few nights ago, in the beginning there is Trudy making something out of wax, and I originally thought it was a face but it came to me then, at the second watching, that in the child photos, Vincent is wearing a mask. From childhood, he's had that thing that covers his face as though to shame him for existing, gaslighting his life and his face. And, when we first meet the two in the highchair scene, their faces are never shown, and Trudy is making a wax face.

I originally thought it was just a head for a statue but no, it was a small layer of wax.

She was making Vincent's mask.

When I tell you the UNGODLY amounts of RAGE I experience every time that thought comes to mind, I-

Trudy, you done ya kids dirty; what the fuck.

Why. WHY?!

Vincent did not deserve this. No child does.

I'm really hoping the second house of wax movie is a prequel, so we can learn more about the twins childhood and see more into the brothers dynamics with their mother and each other. I know that in the original script they focussed mostly on Bo's and Trudys relationship but changed it to focus more Bo and Vincents relationship ship with each other.

Though I wish they kept in some stuff from the original script, so I'm hoping if it's a prequel they talk more about that, also possibly see more of the trash king Lester I think there's more of a chance of it being prequel especially because the original movie was meant to be a prequel (I think) and it's been 20 years so I just don't think that if it's a sequel they could pull it off to make it as good as the original. (I don't know for sure if there gonna make a second movie)
