Becoming the ultimate version of yourself đ
Stuck wanting to change yourself and not knowing where to start? Iâve made a list of things that I personally [do / want to start doing] to better myself, so I thought it might be helpful to postđЎ
⢠Learn a new language, or multiple, especially with the basics (hello, how are you, thank yous, etc.)
⢠Find a new podcast to listen to whilst youâre doing others (even better to do whilst walking since youâre getting your body moving at the same time). Personally I like True Crime podcasts but audiobooks would be great too!
⢠Start reading more. Even 10 pages a day, anything to get your brain working more! Itâll thank you when youâre older.
⢠Writing. Whether itâs journaling, making lists, practicing your handwriting, etc. I feel a lot of people never write things down anymore.
⢠Drink more water! đ Itâll help flush toxins from your body, can help clear up acne, makes you look less dull and keeps you looking young.
⢠Experiment with new clothes, new makeup, new hairstyles, you might end up finding something you really like and stick with. Life is too short not to experiment! Vinted is really good for finding cheaper cool clothes.
⢠Practice selfcare, in terms of appearance. Have a lot of time on your hands and not knowing what to do? Looking your best on the outside can make you feel like a totally different person. Such as: keeping nails always pristine; even just trimmed with a clear coat, keeping your eyebrows maintained, skin moisturised, hair healthy.
⢠The most obvious way to change how people see you is to workout. Not everyone wants lose weight and thatâs okay! But keeping your body moving will benefit you in the future and exercise is proven to improve your overall mood, sex drive and health.
⢠Get busy. Makes plans with people or even by yourself. Getting out of the house always makes me feel better. Often times Iâm reluctant to do anything but even something like walking to the store or going out with friends can make my week better and make me feel more productive.
⢠Listen to more music. Watch more shows. Watch more movies. Have more opinions.
⢠Eat better. Your skin, your gut, your body will thank you.
⢠Learn new recipes *\(^o^)/* even better if theyâre healthy ones but thereâs nothing wrong with something nice and hearty.
⢠Donât stop learning.
⢠Plan everything. Write everything down. Keep notes of fond memories. Take hundreds of photos. Keep memory boxes with tickets and wristbands etc. Decorate your room with things that make you happy.
⢠Contact your family and friends often. Donât worry about keeping a big friend group.
⢠Always judge everything with empathy first, however donât let someoneâs situation excuse their cruelty.

If you don't take breaks, your body will take them for you and they will be longer and more debilitating than you'd ever want.
