ADATTAMENTO: breve storia felice: è da un mese che ho ripreso ad allenarmi in modo più consistente con i pesi: a. Prima settimana morta dopo 3 esercizi pesanti b. Seconda settimana morta dopo 3 esercizi pesanti ma già più pesanti (es: affondi con 30kg invece di 20) c. Terza settimana: morta dopo 4 esercizi d. Quarta settimana: inizio a sentire bene i muscoli caldi dopo il secondo esercizio e ho ancora energia 😈 Questo per dirvi che se volete migliorare, fondamentalmente sono due cose quelle che dovete fare: 1. allenarvi in modo COSTANTE 2. Alzare di volta in volta l’asticella e andate oltre quelli che pensate essere i vostri limiti. Vi stupirete di quanto il vostro limite, gradualmente, si sposterà sempre più in là. Damn cold 🥶 mornings. 7:30am leg session. Here is my leg workout cycle iv been doing for the last 3 of 4 weeks: #squats 10x3 #walkinglunges 60x3 #calfraises 15x4 #legextentions 10x3 Each week @jacksmyth7 and I have been increasing the weight of our squats and keeping the weight stable for the other exercises. This has been my own experiment as to find out my maximum recoverable volume for legs minus (isolated hamstrings). Most of us go into a gym to destroy whatever muscle group we have on that given day but don’t account for the time it takes to fully recover before we have to hit it again and from my experience over the last 13 years, we are usually pretty good for a couple weeks than without adding an extra scoop of pre workout we would find ourselves fatigued and not able to perform anywhere near the last 2 weeks. This is called over training, it got blindsided when I first started gym because most of the lifters that were promoting hardcore training were on gear.
