Crazy strong @phdeadlift ・・・ Finishing up my last #highintensity week for a while with a #deadlift rep #pr of 725 for 6 after an easy 710x2x2. I had 8, but I've finally learned that it's a lot smarter to save that for the #platforms 😊Really happy with the speed, disgusted with my #camerawork, and looking forward to a #deload week! I actually use my deloads as an opportunity to do a little #bodybuilding, so I'm going to share some cool movements I use to bring up #weakpoints -- and also work a lot on my upcoming #powerbuilding ebook... 💪👍
