Given how low my body fat mass is today I’m honestly not concerned about this gain, it’ll sort itself out eventually!
Meal planning this week is themed! All meals this week will be from my favorite keto resource, Keto Connect, starting with last night’s smash success of “Low Carb Kung Pao Chicken.” Upon my first bite I was hooked and really impressed with the complex Asian flavors coming through. Kevin was positively raving about this dish so it will for sure be going on a repeat recipe list.
Unfortunately, due to going grocery shopping after work then making this meal, we didn’t finish eating until after 8 p.m. so I decided to spend my energy cleaning up the kitchen and organizing the fridge instead of walking in the dark. I did make sure to get my bench press in, though! The sets I’m doing are still challenging but I can’t get over the physical difference I feel in being able to lift something one more rep than I was just four days prior.
Since volleyball is officially over I decided to be proactive with my exercise tonight and asked my neighbor to play tennis with me! She said yes! I’ve probably only played once or twice in my life and that was over 20 years ago so we’ll see how it goes!
