🔥”Healthy” Foods High In Calories🔥 - First off, before the fight in the comments ensues… I’m not saying that these foods are bad, or that you should avoid eating them. This is a brief list of ‘healthy’ foods that are also on the higher side when it comes to overall calories….that’s it. - We’re not labeling them as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Just pointing out the facts. While it’s super important to include plenty of quality, nutrient-dense foods into your diet, it’s also important to keep an eye on food quantity as well…Especially if your goal is fat/weight loss. - Remember, weight loss is dictated by energy balance. To lose weight, you must expend more energy (calories) than you take in. With that said, the foods on this list are high in calories and very easy to eat in excess, which can rack up your calorie total much faster than you might realize. -⠀ The takeaway here…👇 You can absolutely still lose weight while eating the foods from this list. However… If having too many of these foods causes you to take in more calories than you need…don’t be surprised if your weight loss begins to stall. My recommendation is to eat them in moderation, but be aware of just how easy they are to overeat. - Actually measure out a serving of peanut butter, nuts, granola, etc….you just may realize what you thought was 1 serving turned out to be 2.5! 😱 - Do you incorporate many of these foods into your daily diet? Let me know in the comments! - - - - #musclegrowth #buildmuscle #skinnytomuscle #weighttogain #buildmuscles #fitnesslife #fitnessgoals #fitnessfreak #gymrat #gymlife #musclegain #getstrong #onlinecoaching #chestday #fitfamuk #fitfamgermany #fitfamde #buildmuscleburnfat #weightgain #gymadvice #weightgainjourney #hardgainer #ectomorph #gainweight #gymtips #getjacked #workouttips #gymbeast #musclebuilding #gainsize https://www.instagram.com/p/CDAeo0sHCof/?igshid=d11y500lnyn2
🔥HOW TO START GETTING FITTER🔥 - 👉 Follow @nlfoodandfitness - Try implementing the following habits to make a permanent change and stop spinning your wheels: ⠀ 1 - Focus on your food The most important decision you make each day is what to eat. Keep your nutrition simple. If your goal is to lose weight, create a small calorie deficit and focus on eating satiating foods to make dieting easier. ⠀ 2 - Improve your sleep Getting a good night’s slumber is more beneficial than a late night Netflix binge or another round of Candy Crush. Remind yourself that you’ll wake up with a clearer head, better looks, a better mood or better health. ⠀ 3 - Make exercise a habit You don’t need to start a workout program that requires you to go to the gym 5x a week, you just need to start making time to exercise and actually doing it. ⠀ 4 - Stick to a simple program Keep your program basic and focus on making it specific to your goals. There are a lot of complex programs around but the best focus on doing the basic exercises well. You don’t need fancy equipment or complicated programs to make progress. ⠀ 5 - Apply progressive overload As your body adapts to your training plan, it is important to keep ensuring workouts get harder to make progress. Keep a log of your previous workouts, refer back to them before you exercise again and make a small improvement to see the best results. ⠀ 6 - Make a permanent change By changing bad habits one by one you’ll have much more success in making a real long lasting change that is sustainable, enjoyable and realistic. The most important thing for fitness is adherence and consistency. - - - By (@noexcusescommunity) - #musclegrowth #buildmuscle #skinnytomuscle #weighttogain #buildmuscles #fitnesslife #fitnessgoals #fitnessfreak #gymrat #gymlife #musclegain #getstrong #onlinecoaching #chestday #fitfamuk #fitfamgermany #weightgain #gymadvice #weightgainjourney #hardgainer #gainweight #gymtips #getjacked #workouttips #gymbeast #musclebuilding #gainsize https://www.instagram.com/p/B7keyqzIpcU/?igshid=r3r6myei6mix
JUST A COFFEE? #Repost @noexcusescommunity • • • • 👏👏👏👏 - By (@noexcusescommunity) - The point of this post is not to strike fear into those who love to slurp regular caramel macchiatos. Instead the point is to inform with use of perspective. - Though we refer to all of our coffee themed drinks as ‘coffee’, it is clear that one person’s preference compared to another’s may represent a monumentally different nutritional acquisition, especially over time. - Simply put, coffee in its purest form contains 0 calories, a caloric calculation over time is therefore redundantly pointless. But should consistent selection of calorie inclusive coffee related beverages be consumed multiple times per day in bids to ‘wake up’, ‘perk up’ and enjoy a palatable drink, the caloric calculation may be significantly higher. And therefore, over time, an important dietary consideration. - There is nothing wrong with consuming cappuccinos, lattes or caramel macchiatos. But if one is persistently bemoaning lack of progress regarding composition, reduction of such beverages offer a very easy opportunity to support a caloric deficit without upheaval of habitual eating habits. - Whether it’s coffee, a biscuit or any given food, seemingly insignificant alternations to minuscule parts of overall diet are likely to be the tweaks that finally deliver significant results. But more importantly, make the results last forever. - - - - #musclegrowth #buildmuscle #skinnytomuscle #weighttogain #buildmuscles #fitnesslife #fitnessgoals #fitnessfreak #gymrat #gymlife #musclegain #getstrong #onlinecoaching #chestday #fitfamuk #fitfamgermany #fitfamde #buildmuscleburnfat #weightgain #gymadvice #weightgainjourney #hardgainer #ectomorph https://www.instagram.com/p/B7jIn9dBlyw/?igshid=14w3vsf2qy4ce
