Cut frozen bananas into 1-2 cm thick slices and put them in the blender / grinder. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix until you get a creamy ice cream. 🥟😍 Red Curry Tofu Dumplings! 📷 by @hellolisalin Recipe: 14-ounce package of firm tofu 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil, plus more for frying dumplings 1/3 cup chopped shallots 2 tablespoons minced ginger 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups finely sliced napa cabbage 2 scallions, finely sliced 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons red curry paste 2 tablespoons coconut milk 40 to 50 round dumpling wrappers water for wrapping dumplings, plus more for cooking Dipping Sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 teaspoons sugar INSTRUCTIONS Press the tofu: Drain the tofu from the package and wrap the tofu with a layer of paper towels. Place the block of tofu on top of a plate and place a small stack of plates over the tofu. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Unwrap the tofu block and divide it into 2 pieces. Crumble the tofu by squeezing it in your hands. Set the crumbled tofu aside. Cook the filling: Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Add the shallots and cook for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and cook a minute more. Next, add the cabbage and scallions and cook until the cabbage starts to wilt, about 2 minutes. Transfer the tofu to the pan. Add the salt, red curry paste, and coconut milk to the pan, and stir to coat the tofu and vegetables. Turn off the heat. Transfer the filling to a large bowl and let it cool for 15 minutes. Make the dipping sauce: Mix the dipping sauce ingredients together, until the sugar dissolves. THE RECIPE👇🍓 Chia Pudding - 1/2 cup chia seeds - 2 cups almond milk - 2 tbsp agave syrup - half a vanilla bean Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 min. ⭕️ 6 Exercises to Target your core ⭕️ ⁣➡️ Follow @nlfoodandfitness Here are 6 great exercises that you can include in your routine, to strengthen your core muscles (which we've seen aren't just "the abs").⁣ ⁣ I've put them in order of difficulty (at least in my opinion) so if you're new to "core stuff" start with the first ones and progress to the latest as you get stronger! ⁣ ⁣ 1) Hyperextensions: Adjust lower leg brace so pressure is evenly distributed on thigh pad. When you're ready, begin by extending your torso until it's parallel to your legs, and then come down to full flexion. Full range of motion will vary from person to person. ⁣ ⁣ 2) KB Squats: Holding the kettlebell in front of your shoulders when squatting will require a lot of stability & engagement of the core muscles. Simply grab two KBs you can comfortably hold on your shoulders and start squatting! ⁣ ⁣ 3) Dead Bug Variation: I got this one when I met @steficohen a couple months ago. Definitely one of my favorite exercises for the core. You want to grab a DB, starting with both your arms & legs (bent at 90 degrees) up, while keeping the pelvis posteriorly tilted. As you perform reps, both arms and legs go down: arms reach on the opposing side of leg that's coming down, then come back up.⁣ ⁣ So for example: If I go down on my right side with my arms, I'll extend my left leg down & vice versa.⁣ ⁣ 4) Plank variation: this starts like a normal front plank but becomes more difficult because you want to lift one side at a time while keeping your pelvis posteriorly tilted! ⁣ ⁣ 5) the Ab whee roll out: this one is probably very famous already. The cue that I want you to keep in mind is to keep the pelvis posteriorly tilted and NOT anteriorly tilted (which is what most people do). ⁣ ⁣ 6) Lastly, the "stir the pot" exercise: this one is very difficult, especially if you don't do it kneeling.
