Free Workout Tip-
I recently realised this and I swear my life has changed. Whenever you’ve to do a certain number of repetitions of an exercise, instead of counting from 1 to, say, 30, count backwards from 30 to 1. It makes the repetitions seem less daunting. I think it’s maybe because you’re going towards lower numbers making your brain think it’s less; I’m not so sure. But this works. Trust me.
