being 20 in real life: “i forgot to defrost the chicken and cried because of an email”
being 20 in fantasy: commander of three armies travels between worlds personally chosen by ancient gods politically feared by kings
OKAY LISTEN UP STOP tagging your reader fics as OC!!!
It’s crystal clear that your readers and Y/N are NOT original female characters!!
Why tf do I have to dig through this tag hell just to find my OC fics when y'all constantly shove "OC" into the pairing?!
And then you have the AUDACITY to call out authors for adding reader tags in OC fics?! IT GOES BOTH WAYS, BESTIE 😤
📖 Behind the scenes
Between the lines, the scribbles, and the endless rereads.
I write, print, correct with a pencil, then type everything again.
Each chapter lives several lives before finding its way to AO3.
Thank you to everyone who reads, comments, leaves a kudos, or follows me on Tumblr. It means the world to me 💙

(Yeah, I’m a little (okay, a lot) obsessive 😅)
Hiii! Chapter 3 of In the Line Between is out now!
"Thrown together in a high-stakes investigation, Detective Tashigi and Detective Roronoa must bridge their conflicting styles—her precision versus his instinct—to unravel a smuggling network masked as gang activity. While Tashigi’s meticulous analysis highlights patterns in the chaos, Zoro’s decisive tactics push the operation into action."
Don’t forget to leave a kudos or a comment—it means the world to me and helps keep the inspiration flowing!
And a sneak peek for next week: Chapter 4 will be a festive New Year’s Eve gathering at Luffy’s place, it was really fun to write. I can’t wait to share it with you all!
As always, thank you for reading, and happy scrolling!
Writing: the art of staring at a blank page.
The enormous troll held John in both hands, sniffing him all over with its long, thick nose.
“What tasty food has come to me... tasty food...” the troll smacked his lips.
“Hey, you cannot eat me!”
“Why not?”
“Because you have not finished the other human yet,” John blurted out the first thing that came to mind. “If you eat me now, you will get an upset stomach.”
“What will I get?” the troll asked blankly.
“You will overeat and burst!”
The troll fell into thought.
“The food speaks wisely... Food must be marinated so it does not spoil. Then eaten later.”
“Food does not spoil if it is alive.”
“If food is alive, it can run away,” the troll objected.
Writer’s block? More like writer’s dodgeball.
