Alastor from Hazbin Hotel is intersex, xenagender (link), canonically aroace and (probably) aplatonic (link) using they/them pronouns, and their variation is 5alpha-Reductase Deficiency (5ARD)!

They were raised as a girl before beginning an androgenic puberty (which they kinda believed they willpowered somehow, because of the sheer gender dysphoria of the estrogenic route), and started presenting more masculinely for the first time in their life afterwords. They've tried both the man & woman roles and weren't really fond of both options, along with participating in early queer spaces when thet were alive in life.

Xenoagender, also known as Axenic,  was coined by Tumblr user the-gender-collector-emself on May 12, 2020.

Xenogender is described as “when you’re xenogender and genderless or have one or more non-gendered xenic identities. ”
