NEW インストラクター紹介②

土曜のクラスを担当してくださる小西美緒先生です。 初めてお会いした時の印象は、太陽を連れて来た！！っという感じ。ぱきっと日焼けし健康的。とても笑顔の素敵な先生です。

土曜は２クラス。しかも、後半クラスは、”ヨガアワー”というヨガの流派で、monkが関西初レギュラークラスとなるそうです！！お楽しみに♪

ヨガアワーとは？？

行いやすくて、それでいてチャレンジする事や少し難しいことも行うフロースタイルのヨガクラスです。的確なアライメント指示を出すことで、安全性を高めてより効果を出すことを目指し、身体の強化と柔軟性のどちらにもアプローチします。 音楽と共に汗をかいて、とにかく楽しく！対象は初心者の方から熟練者まで参加可能ですが、怪我や障害のある方には適していません。

もともとアメリカでスタートしたこのyogahour ですが、2017〜2018年に日本で初めて 正式指導者養成が開催され、今回はここmonkで、関西で初めてのレギュラークラスとなります！ぜひこの素晴らいyogahour をみなさんと共有できることを楽しみにしています。

スポーツクラブで正社員として勤務し、ヨガ、ダンス系、格闘技系スタジオレッスンやパーソナルトレーニングなど様々な事を経験しながら、地域の方や周りの方が健康で笑顔になるお手伝いをする事が私の使命だと気付きました。そこからさらにヨガを深めるために勉強を続け、17年間続けたスポーツクラブを退社し今は個人で活動しています。

ひとりひとりが、本来もつ素晴らしい身体や心に気づき、日常生活をより快適にそして幸せに過ごせるお手伝いをするために、ヨガもポーズをとることにこだわるのではなく、今カラダと心の状態を知って少しでも良い変化をもたらすことを目指しています。趣味はサーフィンと海外旅行。(行き先は基本、サーフィンとヨガができる所で、南国が好きです)

My first official yoga session and my Girlfriend joined me for moral support. I attended a basic class but damn, my legs were shaking by the end of the class. I used to think I was somewhat flexible and even tho I was overweight I'm not THAT bad and I'm ok. I was wrong. Look at how lazy I am, lounged there instead of warming up before yoga! Anyway, I'm making a change. Slowly but surely. Tomorrow, it's hot yoga and I am really excited.
