I really love Sir Terry Pratchett’s Discworld. Especially the Death series and the Witch series. Here are some sketchy character designs for some of the characters of the Death books.

Susan is my 3rd favorite character in all of Discworld (behind Nanny Ogg and Granny Weatherwax). And I love my Death of Rats. His scythe is a toothpick. Also, what little fanart and some official art of Ysabelle always makes her too skinny. She is a thicc queen… er… Duchess in the books.

Her words made him stay put. He didn't want to be anywhere but with her and he had already sent out the text that alerted everyone to what was going on. He pressed his forehead to hers, simply breathing her in so that she could relax. He could tell that him being connected to her was helping her relax some so he stayed where he was until four people burst into the living room. Melissa moved quickly, forcing Derek out of the way so she could make sure Ysabelle was alright. "No signs of anything that would suggest the baby is hurt," she said after a few moments. Deaton looked suspicious, examining the pair of them. "Could be related to the sacrifices we have been seeing?" Derek's eyes narrow as he regarded the vet. "None of those have been children. Why would they suddenly be after a baby that hasn't even had a life?"

sooo after about 3 years of not posting art on here I think it’s time I start again! I’ve dove head first back into one of my first fandom loves - discworld! and I think tumblr is the best home for all my conceptual scribbles, so this is just a bit of a warning for those following me of what content to expect for the foreseeable future (though I’m sure fantasy gays will still be dotted around). if that’s not your bag that’s totally understandable, and if it is well enjoy the next wee while of me slowly uploading the last few months worth of discworld fan art! here’s a sketch dump from across a handful of the books to get us started.
