Been thinking about Hazbin S2E4 and specifically Rosie's place in Hell and the lore of the Hellaverse in general.
From what I understand, sinners cannot leave the Pride ring, and cannot interact with the mortal world at all - this is something we've so far only seen the goetia and hellborn demons achieve (via goetia assistance, but still). I'd posit this would apply to all the "higher" beings, including the goetia and Von Eldritch and Magne families.
So, how would Rosie have been able to be summoned by Alastor? Additionally, how would she have the ability to give someone power without either:
a) sacrificing her own power in some way, or
b) assisting Alastor in "naturally" gaining that power.
My theory is Rosie is either a goetia or part of the Von Eldritch family. From what I can interpret so far, Al being at the hotel and overseeing Charlie was in Rosie's plan, she also assisted during the extermination, so I doubt her goal is to harm Charlie in some way.
The primary objective of the goetia in the Hellaverse appears to be to maintain balance in the rings (they have other duties that are family specific too, but this one seems overarching), and they're known for meddling in the human realm. You could argue that Rosie's deal with Al and the current undertakings hint that the goal is to stop the turmoil between heaven and hell and thus restore that balance. It's possible Rosie also facilitated Alastors murder and played it like a joke of fate - I mean, I.M.P. may be run by an imp, but their work wouldn't be possible without Stolas.
The Von Eldritch family on the other hand resent Lucifer for only giving Leviathan Envy, and there was a whole plot to take over by marrying into the Magne family (although I'm not sure if any of this info is verified), which failed. The same plot wouldn't work twice, so if Rosie was affiliated with the Von Eldritch family, then the deal could be something similar which involves incapacitating the Magne family in order to take over.
Of course it's all speculation, but it seems... Against the current lore for Rosie have been able to respond to the mortal world if she was actually a Sinner demon (also what advantage would she gain in doing this - I doubt Sinners have power on earth, and usually people would summon a demon to do something on earth not in Hell). Also, for Al to be as shrewd as he's shown as a demon, I would sort of assume that applied as a human too - I don't think you'd summon a demon without specifying WHAT kind of demon you're summoning (especially if you're after power in Hell), that's kind of an oversight, plus based on the fact he went the whole 9 yards with it, that usually gets you an audience with something a bit higher in status...
