Intro Post
It seems wise to make an intro post, so here goes nothing.
My name: Penrose! I also go by Pen, Taylen, or Tay. I love nicknames and am happy to be nicknamed. I also tend to nickname other people. Please don't call me Rose though, just because I have a close friend named that and I don't want to be confused lol. Should you ever want to full-name me, you can say Taylen Penrose Fox (this has been my online full name for several years at this point).
My pronouns: ey/em (Elverson pronouns), they/them, it/its. Any other neutral pronouns are probably fine as well. I also prefer to be referred to with neutral terms, but am chill with bro, dude, girl/girlie, man, etc. in their colloquial gender-neutral usages.
My gender: Hell if I know! I consider myself to be genderqueer and nonbinary as an umbrella term.
My sexuality: Hell if I know! I'm somewhere on the asexual spectrum and I experience romantic attraction. . . really damn weirdly.

I possess autism. I love tone tags but forget to use them. Sometimes I am rude, but I very rarely intend to be.
My favorite colors are purple and black.
I'm a huge snob about grammar, which I'm sorry about in advance. I'm trying to learn to live and let live when it comes to spotting other people's grammatical mistakes, unless they've specifically asked for my input or the communication is very important.
My hobbies include not only consuming media (which one might infer to be my only activity from my extensive list of fandoms), but also writing, weaving potholders (badly), graphic design (very badly), acting, singing, songwriting, and baking (but only so that I can then eat the baked goods).
I tag almost everything I post with the tag "penrose is yapping" and then often add the name of whatever fandom I'm yapping about, like "penrose is yapping about operation mincemeat".
I can read and write Spanish almost fluently, although I'm much less good at speaking and listening. Other than that, I only speak English and a few words of French and German. I'm interested in learning Latin though.
When tired, I make ridiculous posts that probably ought to be ignored. I do try to tag them "penrose is tired" but I don't always remember.
I do not refrain from making puns. They are often bad. You have been warned.
