Bunis Yang (also known as Yang Chi Tzang) is a Taiwanese animation director. He began his career in 1976 and is known for working under Wang Film Productions. He later founded his own animation studio BV Animation Studio with art director Vincent Liu. In August 2019, he founded another studio, Bunis Animation Studio, named after him.

He directed the animation for 5 episodes of 101 Dalmatians: The Series, all with Jack Yen, with the exception of one episode, that being Poison Ivy, which is a solo effort.
