#not me emidiatly checking tumblr after seeing that ao3 was down and this being the fit post #ao3 we need you

BBC Ghosts oc??? The drawing was rushed and is a few months old but I have not drawn him since so thought I'd share him here so I might be motivated to draw him once again. Well, somewhat he's an oc? It's Lt Heanley who did the physical jerks illustrations of the Captain. If I was to be honest I still don't know if we know what the man looks like. THIS IS HIM NOW.. okay.

[lore/story??] After the war he remembers Havers while being stationed together of course, (I still haven't decided where he could have possibly fought or what rank/medals he may have gotten or if he was present at the ve-day celebration etc.) He'd meet up with Havers often from there and they'd draw together and just generally speak without judgment slowly becoming good friends even more so then they did for the short while they knew one and other.

(I'd like to think he was arguably upset about James' passing after finding out the full story through Havers alone and on why he had stolen the medals. He's a desont chap that enjoys his routines much to the same as the Captain did and I believe they would have gotten on, they weren't truly friends at the time but it does hurt him to know he'd never really get the chance to change that fact now.)

He's bisexual though isn't fully aware of the label it being 1945 yk. He isn't interested in Anthony though, they are just good mates. (In the future he has children of his own with a very nice woman whom is aware that he can feel for men romantically but she's really sweet about it and he loves her dearly. His life isn't perfect but he's rather content with that and that mindset benefits Havers and really anyone around him. His scars being from a childhood incident WHICH I haven't figured out either, I am really just waffling now but if you are still reading this THANK YOU!)
