What the Crows would be like drunk
Jesper - drunk Jesper is a menace. He will take any dare, try any crazy idea anyone proposes. It's a miracle he hasn't gotten seriously injured. Absolutely the person who tries to keep the party going somewhere else, and usually succeeds. Completely in his element and universally considered a good time. Wylan loves seeing him thriving in the middle of things, but it stresses him out when he won't get down from there Jesper!
Nina - huge flirt. Like, suuuuuper big flirt. Gets people to buy her drinks just for the hell of it. She'll start dancing even if there's no music, and occasionally drag Jesper and Inej into it. When the crows are drinking together, the rest of them have made a game of how many times she makes Matthias choke on his drink, which gets everyone horrifyingly wasted every time they play.
Kaz - he's really good at acting sober, so you almost can't tell he's had too much, but he has zero filter. Like, absolutely none. On the rare occasion that he's drunk in a group setting, this had gotten him into many, many fights, because he's a sarcastic little shit. Fortunately, public intoxication would mess with his "mysterious" reputation, so he keeps it to a minimum. Drinking also makes him laugh more freely, and as he gets more comfortable with physical contact, he'll sometimes throw an arm around Jesper's shoulder, which nearly brings Jesper to tears. And if Kaz's slightly slurred speech sounds suspiciously like a South Kerch accent, no one brings it up.
Wylan - flirty drunk, but while Nina is a horny flirt, Wylan's more playful. He doesn't have the highest tolerance, so it happens every time he has more than one drink. He's a very confident (and surprisingly good at it), but his ears are still bright red the whole time. Jesper loves it. He can also get really salty and sarcastic and Jesper has had to keep him out of fights on occasion, which he also loves. If Wylan and Kaz are drunk at the same time, it's a nightmare.
Inej - she doesn't get drunk often, but she's a happy, smiley drunk who also keeps zoning out and staring into space. Sometimes it's melancholy spacing out, like a random flash of loneliness in the middle of a party, but then Nina or Kaz will say something funny and she'll click back in. She finds everything funny after enough drinks, so she laughs so much her cheeks start to hurt. She gets flushed from the drinking and laughing and Kaz is obsessed.
Matthias - cuddly drunk. He doesn't drink often (you can take the man out of Fjerda...), but that means that when he does he's immediately tipsy. He'll start leaning against Nina and wrapping an arm around her. Three drinks in and she's fully in his lap with his arms around her. She absolutely adores it. Their friends have accepted it, but Inej and Kaz do side eye each other about it on occasion.
Random crack kanej idea that has haunted me for days:
Inej tries to introduce handcuff to the bedroom to ~spice things up~ but immediately abandons the idea because Kaz keeps picking them and derailing their intimate moments with rants about how pathetic the locks are.

Hi y'all, just wanna say thank you for the past few months of supporting my RQ memes. It gave me confidence in my style of humor and made me feel like I'm understood.
Honestly, I did not expect to post and edit this much memes, but because of your support, it inspired me to be creative and daring in expressing my sense of humor.
I have already posted all of the memes that I wanted post. So, I won't be able to consistently post RQ memes anymore. But I will still be here in tumblr, just chillin and checking out anything.
P. S. I'm not saying I'm done with making memes, I just ran out of materials to use.

Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo | Chapter 27, pgs 374-376
So here is Kaz fighting like a whole gang by himself like an idiot. Or at least part of it- I did not have the stamina to draw him fighting the first six dudes and I really needed to draw the iconic bloody smile at the end (and bloodthirsty Inej). It probably shouldnāt have taken like three months but picked a bad time to start it, with family and holidays and getting laid off and job hunting so it was hard to find the time and motivation. Also I picked like the most painful scene in the book to try and draw honestly. Iām never going to try and draw a fight scene ever again. Or stairs. Or anything. Also for the millionth time i goddamn hate how tumblr shrinks images.
HOLY HELL. This is amazing.
Fwiw, this was one of the most challenging scenes in the book to write, to keep from just being choreography and give emotional weight. Itās so incredible to see part of it illustrated here.

Okay, but if we're gonna get Wylan before the S0C plot (in regards to wesper)
(some notes, Wylan is known as Wylan Hendricks during all of this, him being a Van Eck is hinted, but not revealed until season 4. Wylan also doesn't open up about his ability to not be able to read until season 4 either.)
- Let me see them become friends
- Let me see them start off as tentative friends who constantly bicker about Wylan's privileged upbringing and Jesper's love of risk
- Let me see them hang out and get to know each other
- Them having inside jokes
- Them having an open conversation about sexuality
- Wylan showing Jes how to use bombs and teaching him chemistry
- Jes teaching Wylan how to shoot a gun
- Teasing each other and joking around
- Building strong communication skills
- Seeing each other as best friends who are just VERY close
- and then something happens at the end of season 2 that makes one of them realise, "Hold on, this guy is actually really hot?"
- Maybe Jesper gets hurt during a heist, and Wylan patches him up, which leads to touching each other, which then plants the seed to them realising they want more than friends.
- But Wylan, who doesn't believe that Jesper could love him back because of his 'condition', doesn't act on it and instead gets with some other guy, who looks like Jes, but is extremely different.
- 'Not' Jes is responsible, uptight, judgemental, and when Wylan tries to open up to him about the fact he can't read, he is met with laughter and make fun of, which sends Wylan down a deeper spiral of self-doubt.
- Meanwhile, Jes does what he does best when faced with difficult emotions. He throws himself into gambling and flirting with as many red-haired people as possible.
- it's not like having a crush on someone is the worst thing in the world, but this feels like more than a crush. Feels like this is more than a physical thing.
- What makes that last bit worse is that Jesper feels himself getting jealous over the guy Wylan starts a thing with.
- He knows fully well that Wylan is in his full right to get with whoever he wants, knows that it's really none of his business.
- But Jesper can't help but get petty when he and Wylan talk.
- Wylan knows what's going on. He knows that Jesper is acting like a twat and calls him out on it.
- And Jes gets defensive, saying how the guy is clearly a twat, and he doesn't get why Wylan would waste his time with someone who is clearly just going to hurt him.
- of course, Jesper doesn't know that 'not' Jesper already has.
- they argue and then don't speak to each other for ages,
- but then the season 3 final happens Wylan gets hurt and Jes can't bring himself to be petty anymore because one of his closest friends nearly died in a heist and it was Jesper's fault.
-In an attempt to make things right, Jesper looks after Wylan, like Wylan once did for him. Cue that one text post I saw where Jesper watches Wylan sleep, and he goes to reach out to tuck a stray bit of hair behind Wylan's ear but stops himself.
- Things are still tense when Wylan fully wakes up, but after finally sitting down and apologising to each other, they become friends again and Wylan leaves 'not' Jesper, after realising that he deserves better then him.
- That last bit I like to imagine would be the beginning of season 4.
- so then we get to the beginning of soc, where Jesper and Wylan are friends, but with some serious feelings for each other.

Kanej Hair Headcanon
I think some mustāve already said this in the past but I headcanon Kanej loving each otherās hair (canon Kaz already does, i know).
When Nina made fun of Kazās haircut, i just couldnāt help but wonder: does he even get his hair cut? He was so repulsed by touch so I believe that for most part of his life sans his brother, Kaz got used to cutting his hair on his own.
So just imagine post-ck Kanej healing and Inej is the first person whom Kaz lets touch his hair in so many years. Slowly, he gets used to her running her fingers through his scalp and she does give really good head messages, almost to the point he finds himself dozing off.
One time when Inej returns from another of her slaver hunt, she notices his hair is slightly longer than its usual length. And she immediately takes up the task of trimming it for him. He is unsure, not because heās afraid of her touching him but because he isnāt confident in Inejās skills with a scissor as much as with knives. But she manages a decent job, if we ignore the minor cut above his ear..
Similarly, in Kazās case, imagine he finally decides to touch the glorious long hair he keeps fantasizing about. He learns that the real sensation of her untied, silky locks between his slender fingers is far more amazing than what heād imagined. When heās more used to it, he starts playing with it at random. Like absentmindedly twirling a lock as they sit by his roomās window and talk late at nights and such..
One time when Inej is about to leave for another hunt and is in the midst of getting ready, Kaz offers to do her hair. She happily hands him the comb and he slowly cards it through all the tangles and when heās satisfied, he starts braiding it. Admittedly, its not as tight as when Inej does it herself, its still good enough. Besides, sheās just happy he did it for her.
And so, cutting Kazās hair & styling Inejās hair, becomes a normal routine for them..

On Shadow& Bone...
I recently watched Shadow & Bone on Netflix and I was honestly shocked on how good it was. I love me some good fantasy story but I did not know what to expect from it after watching the trailers ( I know the books are very popular but havenāt read them myself yet). I loved the world building, the visual effects were amazing as well as the set design and the costumes. I loved the different characters and how everyone had their own path that we got to follow.
