Fuck, something isn't right today. I can't tell if it's just because of the heat or something but I've been out of it today, I keep getting easily distracted and forgetting things really quickly. I couldn't stay focused on my drawing today and I keep feeling like some of my limbs are. not mine momentarily when I move. Like way more than usual.

I've also noticed I feel disconnected from my family recently like in a "they don't feel like my family and more like they are just friends" despite consciously knowing they are my family, it's so strange...

Does anyone else sometimes feel weirdly embarrassed/wrong/off doing literal basic human needs?

Like tell me why I feel weird/embarrassed taking a shower, going to the bathroom, eating or even just existing? And it's not even all the time, I don't know what's causing it.
