When I first finish a movie , I can not immediately declare that I hate it or I love it. I realize my feelings for it over time. It’s been three weeks since I watched Wake Up Dead Man; A Knife’s Out Mystery and well—I absolutely freaking loved it

I especially enjoyed the portrayal of religion. Religion can heal,yes, but it can also be used to mislead and to manipulate and to delude. The weight of it is so heavy, so much so that the truly righteous and the rightly lead can bare ….also loved the murder mystery too haha

Every few months my mind comes back to Midnight At The Pera Palace. It’s been almost two years since season 2 released and it seems at though now we are due a new season.

Are we getting one ? As of now that is still unclear as the show still hasn’t been renewed for a season but apparently all activity isn’t dead. According to speculation the creators are still “in the mood” for a renewal and season 2 was left off at a massive cliff hanger and as such a new season is likely.

The new season is rumored to drop possibly September of this year. But really everything is unclear and the best thing we can do is hope

One thing I will say about Cassandra Clare and early Shadowhunters stuff is she stood on business ten toes down when it came to her villains. No lame nature vs. nurture debates, no last minute cop out redemption arcs for the YA audience, just demon incest, Victorian Elon musk and demon STDs that turn you into an evil worm. 10/10 no notes.
