Re: number 4 — I worked at McDonald's in high school, and if we worked a long enough shift (4 hours or more, I think [look, this was a LONG time ago, so the fact I remember any of it is a miracle]) we also got a free meal. And we came up with the most unholy combinations of things to put on a bun. The creativity of bored, hungry minimum-wage food service workers is unparalleled.

(McDonald's is corporate, though, so they were never going to add our ridiculous — and ridiculously tasty — creations to the menu. Their loss.)
