Why the fuck is it more difficult to get a job when you have more experience? How the fuck does that make sense?
It took me maybe a month and a half to get my first job. 2 months max. Now I have 7 years of experience spread across 4 different jobs and I can't pay anyone to call me back. When I had no experience, I was going to 2-4 interviews a week. I haven't gotten a single interview after 2 months of applying nonstop. When I had no experience, I'd apply to a job and get an interview within a week. And I very rarely got rejection emails, they usually would just never communicate. Now I'm getting rejection emails for "not enough experience" or "not relevant experience" when their job requirements are basic shit like "must be able to stand for long periods of time" or "previous experience preferred" Genuinely this shit is making me suicidal.
