"Blood is thicker than water"
The full quote is "the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb" and means the exact opposite of how most people use it. The way it was used before is suggesting that bonds forged through the fires of war are forever stronger than the familial familiarity we are all born into. I have found that "the family you make" be it friends or lovers, are oftentimes stronger than any relationship which is there solely because you're blood related. I have completely removed family members from my life and though it was a little bit hard it was the best decision ever. I used to allow certain family members to get away with things just because they were related to me, but after being hurt too many times from them, I cut them out like a cancer. Currently, I have no friends though it stings I have a son so my time is pretty well spent 100% on him. I know that eventually, I'll make at least one more friend and I honestly can't wait for that day to come.
Ditto Eeveelution Gashapon Figures released by the Pokemon Center
Starfires 1970s Ford Torino is so sexy. Between this beautiful monster and Dicks Porsche I hope they keep the car porn coming.
My only question is WHY DIDN'T THEY GIVE HER A STARFIRE?! I feel like with some red leather interior that would REALLY suit her character.
"Thats not mine"
Rachel looks so disappointed haha
Gotham city
Caught lens flare on both our powerful girls.
Accidental or purposely done?
I love these shots of Anna's silhouettes.
They each really stood out to me and artistically speaking, all of Anna's scenes have the most interesting visuals.
Smart glasses
My sunglasses/glasses combo with special lenses (anti glare etc.) WITHOUT insurance cost roughly $800. I don't think $1,000 is a bad price for smart glasses to be honest. Just be sure to have insurance otherwise the actual cost will be approximately $1,500-$2,000 dollars.
Pokemon Halloween Pins released by the Pokemon Center
This is honestly awesome. I'm surprised they dont have koffing dressed up/painted as a pumpkin or something. Wish there was more of the other pokemon and less pikachu but I get it.
To be honest these are from approximately ten years ago at least. I've hardly gotten better but I have improved a bit. It was fun and sad going through my old notebooks. You find so much stuff that you forgot about over the years when you start packing for a move. I always end up sitting on the floor going through my old shit for hours.
Sometimes the sky is so beautiful.
The promo for #TITANS episode 2: “ Origins”
Holy shit episode 3 looks INTENSE!
I am so eager and excited to see Starfire interact with Robin and Raven. It looks like we are finally getting more Beastboy too!
ANNA DIOP.
STARFIRE.
KORY ANDERS.
KORIAND'R.
The woman is breathtakingly beautiful and I can't wait to see her take on the alien. Episode 3 was killer, she does the character justice! I feel really bad that she faced such backlash just because small minded bigots cant give anything risky or new a chance.
I'm tired of moving, yet back to the country I go. It is a bittersweet feeling that I'm all too familiar with. New places=new faces. Hopefully I find a friend or two. Unlike the last five places I've lived.
At least I know ill be moving again in a few years and that will be right back to the city. I miss having a stable life.
I will meet him one day.
