Beautiful.
St. Therese, pray for us.
This is Teresa.
Thirteen months ago she was born.
Nine months before that, she was conceived.
Before we even knew, she was created for a greater purpose.
She is a human being. She is a woman. Her feet kicked my sisters womb. Her little heart poured out love to those who awaited her arrival. For nine months she was forming, but she was already a person.
She has a soul, and has had one for longer than we know. Something no human being can create. Something given as a gift of love to receive, and share.
She has rights too. First and foremost, the one to her own life.
This is Teresa, she is a human being, she has a soul, and she has, and had the right to life.
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I dedicated you,
a prophet to the nations I appointed you."
-Jeremiah 1:5
The Pope is in Aggieland! Whoop! I mean, hi.
Happy feast of the annunciation!
Prayer of Peace Do not look forward in fear to the changes in life; rather, look to them with full hope that as they arise, God, whose very own you are, will lead you safely through all things; and when you cannot stand it, God will carry you in His arms. Do not fear what may happen tomorrow; the same understanding Father who cares for you today will take of you then and every day. He will shield you from suffering or will give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginations. -St. Francis de Sales

You go, ladies!
it better be coming soon
I'm SO excited!!!
Dear Lise,
I’m not one to deprecate beauty pageants, so I gladly congratulate you on winning the Miss Atlanta contest. (I guess your piano lessons paid off.) Nevertheless, now that you are heading off to college, it is my responsibility to remind you that many dangers await you there, so...
My confirmation saint!
Oh how I miss Scotland! The most magical place.
