Back again! I know- quite a break... but lifes a shitshow lately, so I haven't done much art at all, that and usual family arguments haven't been kind to my mental health at all. There's a new art collab on its way... but other than that, I haven't done nothing in a while.

☠️Toxic Substance☠️

Here's another WW2 inspired shit. Historically accurate to absolutely nothing... (duh!)... but the inspiration came from a documentary I was watching, originally a lot more aviation themed, but this also makes sense...- then I clearly drank a little too much, and came up with this doodle (straight in pen)... so it's a bit wonky I think- although I do like the how the face looks;)

Slightly off topic, although I had a neat dream today, where I got to play on some sort of Medieval guitar thing (a Lute of some sorts maybe?)... so the Medieval theme is probably going to stick for some time haha...

🔥Brantley🔥... and the shitshow that followed...

it's made from recovering half an artwork...

.

So... I was going to both post this earlier... and also name this something cool... but oh hell... did this turn into a creative shitshow...

So... originally I drew this ink artwork (traditionally), of Brantley... without wings, and his wings separately... in order to add them digitally, and animate them. But over the course of a week... my editing apps decided that they no longer want to live, and the tablet I was working on also made that decision... lastly I just wanted to creat a still image ... and, as I was finally done... my tablet decided to only save half of the image... and delete the other half... basically cutting the artwork straight down middle (the only finished version I had)... Oh my bloody God!

So you're probably wondering how I managed to actually get a finished artwork from it... Well I had to essentially glue two artworks together... to fix the half that got deleted...

Lesson learned... don't be overly ambitious with your art... because Samsung devices don't like that:)

I've come to the conclusion, that I don't really do a lot of art if characters that aren't mine... so I decided to start a little series of drawing some of my favourite cartoon characters (mostly from old shows)... and seeing what they'd look like in my style...

So I started of with the (80s version) of Orco (from He-Man and the masters of the universe)... mainly because... Well... the theme song is fuckin fire... anyway...

Here's something I'm actually kinda proud of... I had this idea after... Well... thinking of something humorous actually (i know, how suiting)... I was thinking of some Stephen King movies, and I remember the old (questionable classic) Children Of The Corn... and how... sort of hilariously bad it is, so much so, that I have to admit I kind of love it. More specifically, the rather horrifying scene with the post man, on the cross thing... anyway its actually quite humorous... anyway, I don't know how that led to this... but here we are!
