He was also the first person who accepted her a kitsune and always helped her with her trauma no matter how bad it was.
Their friendship turned into a relationship once he asked her out on a date at madame Bo's restaurant and later asked her to be his wife when they were on a quest with Kitana and dragon Liu kang at the NetherRealm.
Later they got married and had two kids kung hiroto and kung ryu.

Okay so you know in my movie au Madame bo exists and kuai liang lives with Madame bo along side hatsune amd suchin.
So imagine if liu kang and kung lao found that resturaunt all because they were looking for champions and got hungry.
They looked around and found tge best resturaunt in the city. It was Madame bo's resturaunt.
They meet Madame bo and got surprised Madame bo k ew about them. They even got lessons from her and kung lao kept getting humbled a lot also she would make sure liu kang gets more buff he was too skinny.
But here is the thing kuai liang lives there to. Kuai liang was lin kuei. So imagine if they see kuai liang acting like a perfect bug brother to hatsune and suchin.
Like just imagine. The man they thought was from the clan connected to Outworld who wants to take over Earth realm is a big brother to hatsune and suchin.
I could already see this happening.
Hi Dragon!!💕
Oooh, I love your inclusion of Madame Bo and her restaurant!
The idea of Liu and Lao looking for champions and casually bumping into a restaurant full of them is actually so funny! You could say they are...
serving champions :D
:D
I'll see myself out. . .
Also, I'm all in for the champions meeting Kuai Liang and specially connecting the dots that Kuai and Bi-Han are related, like "How are you related to THAT??"
Oh, and they ought to ask the most important questions: "are you also 400+ years old??" And "have you seen what your brother's been up to??"
Also, also, loved Kung Lao being humbled by Madame Bo and Liu being fed by her!🤭 I'm now picturing her asking Raiden if he doesn't feed those boys of his, lol!
You’re thinking of Safari. Sephora is an informal term for the seven-week period of counting the days between Pesach and Shavuot in the Jewish calendar.
You’re thinking of Sefiras. Sephora is a bright blue gemstone best known for combining with Ruby to create Garnet and lead the Crystal Gems, training Pokemon, and/or assisting Steel to fight against time’s intrusions into our realm.
No no no guys, you’re thinking of Sif. Sephora is a venereal disease that turns your brain to swiss cheese, going so far as to destroy external features like the nose. Famous gangster Al Capone suffered from sephora.
But...smut can be fluffy. So I'm confused by this statement. If you said 'don't tag this as work-safe', I'd understand the issue. However, smut isn't always going to be, "I'M GOING TO CHOKE YOU ON MY COCK, BITCH!" There's going to be fluff, too. That's what is called 'vanilla sex' in hentai. @yumangel, do you hate hand-holding that much in your porn?
what i am saying is that when people search fluff tags on this app half of the fics that pop up are smut fics. it doesn't matter whether the smut fic is vanilla or extreme it's still smut and while you can put fluff in the description of the fic, putting it in the tags of it makes no sense because fluff TAGS are meant to be for fics that are fluff. not everyone wants to see smut under every single tag they search because it makes finding something to read all the more difficult when people dont tag their fics properly. so in short: if your smut fic has fluffy elements in it, mention it in the body of the post, not the tags, because people who search for vanilla sex fics will not be typing in '____ fluff' into the tumblr browser and i can assure you of that.
ps. i very much like hand holding in my porn :33 just not when what i'm actually searching for is fluff <3
Folks! I'm feeling like working on my Blue Spirit!Ursa AU again! Dunno of anyone still cares, but here we go!
This post is dedicated to Kya! 🌊💙
Here's a refresher (since it's been a whole year🫣): Ursa is the Blue Spirit and she needed a healer to take care of her wounds. So, she convinced Yoh Rha to bring her the last Waterbender from the Southern Water Tribe!
Their first meeting was on their way to take Zuko to his sword practice with Master Piandao (it was one of the few places Ursa could be away from Ozai)
Zuko paid little attention to the lady in a red cloak sharing the carriage with them. His mother introduced her as Mya, said she was from the colonies and that she would be working at the palace, and he... couldn't care less about it, lol! He only wanted to get to Master Piandao already so he could show off what he's been practising! (You can't blame the kid, his Firebending skills were never enough to show off, but with his dao swords he could finally stand out!)
Once there, Piandao had a decent change of clothes ready, and Ursa only explained Kya would pose as lady in waiting and from time to time Ursa would require her healing powers, but she was to mention it to no one!
Of course, Kya was TERRIFIED of what would happen to her once the Fire Princess found out she had lied to her! She would have to think of a solution, perhaps run away, but in the heat of the moment, she only nodded to everything Ursa was saying (she didn't even stop to think why would a princess even need a healer)!
°.✦ 🌊
In the palace, Kya (now Mya) got to meet the rest of the royal family and... their dynamics.
When Ursa introduced herself, she felt regal, powerful, ethereal even! And Zuko felt... normal! He felt like a normal kid, someone she could even picture playing with her children. But in the presence of Ozai, these two seemed to completely wither away! Zuko was terrified of his own father and though Ursa had enough nerve to stand up against her husband and defend her son, Kya could tell she was just as scared. It was painful to look at!
Ursa's girl was no better. She was constantly tormenting her brother and showed no respect to her mother. Her father enjoyed the way she mistreated the rest of her family, and she took it as a sign to continue. Kya did not have to spend much time with her to recognise she was ticking time bomb and that Ursa had little to no resources to prevent it.
°.✦🌊
Kya spent months without needing to use "her Waterbending" which was relief, since she was yet to find a way to escape!
Ursa and Zuko were nice to her, and Ozai and Azula seemed to completely disregard her, so she wasn't feeling in imminent danger anymore, but she wasn't going to push her luck! She needed to find a way back home!
She never did, and one day it happened, her Waterbending was needed!
It was the middle of the night, and the infamous Blue Spirit climbed into Kya's window mumbling for medical attention, and freaking the hell out of her!
But she was even more freaked out with the fact that the mysterious spirit, protector of the Fire Nation, was none other than the Fire Princess Ursa herself!
And as of she couldn't freak out any more, Kya just realised what she was really here for!
°.✦🌊
Since the Southern Water Tribe had no trained Waterbenders left, they had to rely on traditional healing, and luckily for the Blue Spirit, Kya some experience and still managed to patch the princess up!
When Ursa woke up, she was surprised by the way her wounds had been tended, not nearly as good as she would've done it, and definitely not as good as she knew a Waterbender could do.
She did not even need to confront Kya to get the truth out of her. Kya could only hope Ursa was as understanding and kind as she appeared to be.
"I would've done the same" was her response.
Ursa then proceeded to teach Kya herbalism, she should be wary about sharing so many family secrets, but if she was to be completely honest, she was happy to finally be able to talk to someone about this!
°.✦🌊
Years passed, Ursa and Kya grew truly closer as friends, but then, the worse happened: Azulon had demanded Zuko's death!
Ursa cut a deal with Ozai and killed Azulon. She was banished and Kya went with her. Zuko and Azula had to be left behind.
The two went to Hira'a and there they stayed, working in the city's theatre to make enough money to pay Kya's passage back home!
Ursa rekindled with Ikem and had Kiyi. Kya lived as her neighbour. Years went by, until one day they received a visitor: Zuko!
He had come looking for his mom, but it seems he was also looking for Kya! And he had friends with him, friends whose faces Kya had only dreamed to see again!
She had pictured this reunion so many times in her head, but never once had she imagined that it would be her babies who would've come to her encounter! Neither had she imagined it would've been Ursa's boy, who would've brought them to her!
But she figured, now that war was finally over, dreams could finally start to come true again!
°.✦🌊
Additional details:
I'm undecided on whether or not I'll go through with the Mother of Faces plot line.
I quite like it, but given Ursa promised to take Kya home, she'd want to keep her promise, plus, the Blue Spirit is her escapism and resuming her activities in her hometown would also do her enough good! (Not to mention, Kiyi being afraid of her because she doesn't recognise her face breaks my heart! Spare my girls, they've gone through enough!!😭)
So I think I'll skip that bit! I'll keep the Rafa and Misu plot though, I really like it, specially with Zuko willingly taking a detour to help them without a second thought, it shows how far he'd come!🥹
I'm also thinking on how growing up with Kya would affect him and his arc, and dynamics with the Gaang?
I wonder if they could end up giving him a hint that would help him connect the dots? Perhaps one day Kya let their names slip but Zuko never thought much of it, but when he finally learns their names he's like:
Zuko: Hold up! You're Mya's kids??
Katara: It was Kya, actually.
Zuko: Agni! Do you realise what that means??
Katara: That my mom is alive??
Zuko: That my mom was terrible at picking fake names!
Katara:
Zuko:
Zuko: Oh yeah, and your mom is alive...
The dialogue is mostly a joke, but you can catch my drift, lol!
Maybe this can even turn into a "Zuko joins the Gaang earlier" type of story (which I love)! Idk, let me know what you guys think!!👀❤️
Girl this is amazing!!! Kya and Ursa would definitely be a Loyalty dynamic both are mother's who definitely care about their kids.
Also i understand why katara and sokka do not know. Kya had to protect them from the fire nation and if it meant staying away so her kids would not be in danger she had to take the risk knowing the consequences.
Also what about hakoda and ikem in this au? I would actually like to learn more about this.
Thanks, Dragon!!! Glad you liked it, girl!!🥰❤️🩵 YES!! They would do anything for their children and that's the foundation of their relationship!
°.✦🌊
Poor Kya struggled so much to protect her kids! She stayed away for years and knew she couldn't do anything drastic to go back to them, but she never gave up! Neither did Ursa and Ikem, they would work hard but they wouldn't give up on their friend!🥹💙
°.✦🌊
Okay, now let's talk husbands!👀
Ikem:
The only familiar face in Hira'a for Ursa when she returned!
Well, sorta familiar, after years avoiding Ozai's forces and living in the Forgetful Valley, broken hearted and with a new haircut, Ikem looked pretty different (no magical face swap from spirits, though)! And now he lived as Noren, the city's theater director.
He still loved Ursa just as much as the day she left, so of course he immediately helped her and her friend settle in the city! They work with him in the theatre, Ursa as an actress named Noriko and Kya works backstage, still under the name of Mya!
Despite his help, Ursa's return to Hira'a wasn't all that smooth. Again, he was the only person left from her past and without the Blue Spirit the city became unsafe. So to cope with her feelings of grief for her parents, longing for her children, anger of Ozai and Azulon, impotence towards Kya's situation, and anything else she might’ve buried deep down, Ursa hid under the mask and threw herself into work! She would go days without taking the mask off.
Before Kya, Ikem was the only one who knew about the Blue Spirit. He knew how she was supposed to be, and it took him months to get her to open up and let him help her remember why she first put the mask in the first place.
Hakoda:
Deeply burdened by his "failure" at saving his wife and by the uncertainty of her fate.
He tried not to think too much about it, not to get his hopes up, but once he was put in a Fire Nation prison after the failed Invasion, he looked for her. He would've done the same in the Boiling Rock, but Sokka took him out far too quickly. He doesn't comment anything with Sokka, though, he didn't want to raise his son's hope for nothing.
Once safe in the Western Air Temple, his kids decided it was finally time to tell him of Kya. Apparently, they've known of "lady in waiting Mya" for months, but only now they had more evidence of her being alive. They also didn't want to raise his hopes for no reason...
Hakoda had so many questions. At this point Sokka and Katara already asked Zuko for everything he could remember of their mother, and Hakoda felt bad for pressing the kid to repeat himself or even try to remember more. But Zuko didn't mind, he was happy to give them at least this.
Months later the war was over but Zuko was do burdened by his new responsibilities as Fire Lord, so no one pressed him about Kya or Ursa, they would let him deal with the situation in his time. When the time finally came, it was Hakoda who had too many responsibilities in the South Pole, so he didn't participate The Search, but he did travel to the Fire Nation as soon as he heard the news of their return!
To summarize Hakoda and Kya's reunion:
He also got to meet Ursa and Ikem and of course he loved them, how could he not? They took care of the woman he loved for all those years!🥹💙
°.✦🌊
I do think Kiyi would learn herbalism! Though Ursa would stick to the basics of basics, she wouldn't want Kiyi to feel pressured by it like her siblings did with Firebending! Plus, Ursa is very protective of Kiyi, she wouldn't want her to be hurt by any harmful plant or mix!
Folks! I'm feeling like working on my Blue Spirit!Ursa AU again! Dunno of anyone still cares, but here we go!

Every time the Japanese treat Christian folklore with the same playfulness that westerners treat Nordic and Greek folklore, a hilariously appropriated angel gets its anime wings
Kano being a my little pony fan? It's definitely canon!! Kano and liu kang definitely watch my little pony together also maybe jade. Applejack is her favorite.

As a Tumblr writer i didn't know how to write stories and fantasy like. Until i played mortal kombat and got into the lore itself that took me on a journey till where i am now also thanks to some of my good friends who helped.
@laismoura-art , @charlotte-family-apologist, @angelbroad, @mikka-minns . I got to know and also how to write stories and charecters as well.
I'd say i've got good ideas and can even write some decent dialouge, but uuuuhhhh describing the scenes? I often end up disliking what i wrote later. But i find reading literature (books, short stories, ect) helps me get a sense of how i want to write a scene, as well as knowing what i want to focus on.
As for the characters, i'd say do something you see as both realistic (psychlogicaly, not as in non-fantasy) and intresting. And try to think of them from multiple angles as well.
One good trick for character writing i learned from my drama instructor is to use transactional analysis: what major even in their childhood shaped their perception of the world (ex. relationships, how to get attention, how to get what you want, ect.) and what drives (motivates) them. There are 5 drivers: be first, be perfect, be strong, struggle or please others.
What's the best video game easter egg you've ever found?

The fact in mortal kombat there was lime when Syzoth and li mei fight. Syzoth does a move which he says that ashrah taught him that. We never got to see them interact In game and that it also point out to some moments we may have missed of Baraka, Johnny, kung lao, kenshi, syzoth and ashrah.
Like what the hell happened after ahsrah chapter before sun do!!
