Having had some stumbling blocks of my own this week, letting my inner saboteur get a bit on top of me-I decided to search for a way to shift gears again. After too many hours of tv & snacks(Mochi should be illegal!) I pulled up TEDTALKS and started searching for something that would be inspiring...inspiration abounds in this amazing talk. It truly helped me re-ignite my spirit.
