Forgive me, fitfam.

I have been slacking. Food is the only exception. I have been on track and veganism is my way of life.

Until today, I missed almost two weeks of workouts. I hurt my neck, then my back, then got sick. And I was just oh so comfortable with not working out that I just stopped.

Today's workout was bad. But I still did it.

I started feeling heavy, and dizzy and just not myself. Checked my blood sugar and it was low. So I'm like hmmmm. Goddamn diabetic problems.

Just had my post workout meal. So I feel better.

I had three job interviews this week so I am overwhelmed to the max. And with the wedding planning. God forgive me how much of a bridezilla I have become.

I have been overall fatigued to the max, heartburn to the max, emotional to the max. What is wrong with me. Waitttt. God I hope I'm not pregnant. I think I just had a stressful few weeks.

My best friend takes care of me. Just an appreciation post not fitness related. She scheduled an appointment for us to get eyelash extensions and I'm currently relaxing in a massage chair after a gruesome insanity pure cardio workout. I’m still alive. I have to confess though, I missed 2 insanity workouts because work has taken over my life. I did power through it today though and almost died.

The scale doesn't mean much but I'm slowly losing weight. A slower and more steady weight loss is easier to maintain and keep off. I'm so happy. Happy Sunday. I just finished my insanity workout.

128.4 pounds!

Sooooo,

Someone finally noticed my hard work. I love seeing people after a long time while I'm working out because once they see me again, they can see the difference.

I have trouble seeing it since i look in the mirror everyday. I weighed myself and I weigh 128.4 pounds! So excited!!!!!!! I haven't seen that number in a while because I have been hanging on a plateau. I started around 134-135 and now I'm done some!

I did my fit test. I am on week 5 of t25 but I got my insanity in the mail so I was excited to do the fit test. My first fit test results are not too shabby for already working out for the last month with t25. I can't wait to see my insanity results. I am working for the next 6 days straight back to back. Wish me luck. Fun fact: my tattoo on my forearm says "it is in herself she will find the strength she needs".
