Liam Neeson apparently was a danger on set because the jedi have like four basic moves but he was trained for swordfighting for Rob Roy so he would wave his plastic sword in new and interesting ways that would not be choreographed but were traditional actual ways to fight with a sword
To be fair, that does sound like something Qui-Gon would do.
between Liam actually knowing what he was doing and Ewan not being able to stop himself from making lightsaber noises it's a wonder the Phantom Menace got made at all
Same bro. Same. (x)
Living alone gives you that PEACE all the fucking time. Bliss.
What's your cat's biggest fear?
THE AVENGERS (2012) dir. Joss Whedon
this is one of my fave MCU moments tbh
I would have liked to see Loki do the same thing to Hulk at some point as he easily could
i fukcing hate this show
This is the best scene in the entirety of IZ imo itâs literally perfect
according to the staff commentary for this episode, the script actually called for heavy traffic to be rushing past Dib and Zim in this scene, which is why theyâre shouting at each other, and you can even still sort of hear the sound effects but then, for whatever reason, in the finished episode they just forgot the cars
@arr-jim-lad Iâm CRYING is that actually a thing that happened, I canât believe Iâve never heard this
YES
I REMEMBER WATCHING THIS AS A LITTLE KID AND THINKING IT WAS SO FUCKING FUNNY, ME AND MY BROTHER WERE DYING.
Another for the lost in translation category.
The original request from the writing team to the animation team was simply: âRhys flips off the monitors as he runs by.â The intent was to have Rhys simply turn off the monitors in an act of defiance, but instead, the animation team interpreted it to mean that Rhys performs a crude gesture.
Apparently, creative director Nick Herman found the mistake to be too hilarious to not use, and so they wound up shipping it.
I love images of late Victorian/Edwardian period men taking goofy pictures with their brosâŠâŠ..boys night circa 1898
Images with high levels of Bertie Wooster energies:
vintage âme and the lads are absolutely sauced rnâ
my boy Eugene has two glasses of absinthe and thinks itâs hot to stand on Eustice as though he were a table
@froody, a gentleman does not say, âand thinks itâs hot,â. Perhaps, âa bit of a giggle, â but, no. Even if he has had two glasses of absinthe. And I do not think Eustace will appreciate having his name misspelled.
Spoopy, ghost dog
Have a good day at work little buddy
EVERYONE LOOK AT THIS IMMEDIATELY.
His name is Black and was adopted by the workers of a construction site in Antofagasta, Chile. He was found by some workers near the area, when he was just a kitten, and they decided to take care care of him.  The workers loved him and one of the cleaning ladies of the site designed some mini reflective jackets- and other outfits- for him.  He was officialy named foreman  and had its own access credential to the construction site. I belive the constrution work finished on 2017 and he was adopted by one of the employees.
Look at him!
He is such a good site foreman!
Heâs working so hard and doing such a good job! <3
I looked up âCATPATAZ DE INGRESOâ (on the catâs ID card) and Google Translate corrected my spelling.
âCapatazâ = âforemanâ.
âCatpatazâ = a terrible, terrible pun.
Santa is on strike due to global warming. Â All presents this year will be delivered by Sasha the Christmas Tiger. Â Milk and cookies may not be sufficient.

Whatâs happening sweetheart đ©â€ïž
Itâs funnier when you find out thatâs his dad.
that fact made this even better
That actually makes it 100000000% better bc it means itâs not some creepy rando getting up in his face.
Me seeing the video without any context: thatâs rather unfortunate that even men reporters are getting harassed now when we want it to be no one getting harassed when will the public learn
Me seeing the context: oh that little shit loves his dad and just wanted to mess with him at work this is certified cute now
Context makes me so happy
Sorry to say, but they do the exact same thing for humans too.
Itâs amazing how people in the notes and comments are absolutely FURIOUS at me for the included Frozen comparison. Special shout out to everyone trying to prove that real people look like this.
Not to mention that when people edit these characters to have better facial proportions, the originals look like bizarre fish people.
How humans draw themselves is always fascinating to me
op why are you speaking like you arenât human iâm scared
EhâŠperhaps read my blog description.
this post has EVERYTHING
I think I know the reason for why people prefer âunrealisticâ animation.
For some reason, humans really donât like things that look like humans but arenât quite human. Hence why a lot of people are uncomfortable with movies with animation like Monster House and The Polar Express. It looks too realistic to us and sets us off.
Scientists call this the âUncanny Valleyâ effect and its thought to be an evolutionary tactic for survival.
The funny part is. No other animals that we know of experience the uncanny valley effect. Only humans. Which leaves the question: what was out there that mimicked humans so well and was so dangerous to us that we evolved to have this as a tactic for survival?
Oh hell yeah this is what Iâm here for
Which leaves the question: what was out there that mimicked humans so well and was so dangerous to us that we evolved to have this as a tactic for survival?Â
@hitodama89
Okay, Iâve seen this thread a dozen times before, but not with this addendum.
