Also, when I say cuddly yet workaholic? I mean they're a workaholic that is basically elusive since they're always working. But the moment they get cuddles? They absolutely melt and get desperate for more cuddles.
Basically, if you want reader to stop working and take a break? Just give them a small cuddle and that will help you lure them away from their work.

Ancients/Beasts x workaholic hybrid reader
Warnings: possibly ooc, cuddly fluffy stuff, not proofread, my dookie writing
Golden cheese: I can see her being much more demanding when it comes to making you take a break for cuddles. She'll be physically pulling you away for your work shouting "I command you to stop this instant!", when you finally do cuddle though she may blabber about random stuff while snuggling closer into your fur. Don't blame her for not being fond of silence though.
Pure vanilla: He's definitely a cuddly guy in my opinion, anytime he sees you working for more than a few hours he'll just come up right in front of you and give you a big bear hug. He knows you have lots of work that you want to do but he can't help but be drawn to your soft fur and cuddly personality. Whenever you and him cuddle he plays around with your fur rubbing his face on it and mumbles something that sounds like "you're so soft".
Dark cacao: He's not exactly one to cuddle much but if it gets you away from work he'll definitely do it, usually he'll come up behind you and wrap his arms around your waist saying something like "you have been working far too long, you must rest". While you're cuddling he may compliment you on your fur saying how well you're suited for the harsh icey weather of his kingdom.
Hollyberry: Probably the most cuddly one of all the ancients, she's always asking you to cuddle whenever she has free time. I left the other ancients pretty ambiguous on this but I feel like she would be the big spoon most of the time. She always compliments you on your fur and would often offer to brush and wash it if you were to agree.
White lily: White lily is also a die hard workaholic so this may be a bit complicated. However if she's way too stressed to work anymore she'll quietly saunter over to you and ask to cuddle, if you're not to busy of course. Once you cuddle up together she will fall asleep within minutes, don't blame her it's not her fault you're so fuzzy and soft!
Burning spice: Not too sure about this guy but I could imagine him dragging you off to lay with him. Not exactly cuddling at first, more like just being next to him. Eventually he'll warm up to you and wrap his arms around your body. He probably won't say it but he likes cuddling with you especially since you're like a giant teddy bear with all your fur.
Shadow milk: Anytime he feels overwhelmed but his own work he'll snatch you away from yours and make you cuddle with him, he's much more playful about it maybe tickling you and rolling around but he'll settle down eventually. He adores your fur so be ready for him to mess around ruffle it up. He may even fall asleep and snore a little lol.
Mystic flour: I can see her dubbing your work "meaningless" and coaxing you into resting or meditating close to her, she really doesn't want to appear to care too much but she enjoys your company especially if you lay on her lap as she rubs the soft fur on your head. Cloud haetae might get a bit jealous of the petting and attention you're getting, but don't worry they won't be too mad at you.
Eternal sugar: I'm not sure she'd even let you start working in the first place. She's gonna be stuck to your side like glue. Anytime she feels like sleeping (which is most of the time) she'll just pull you over to her wrapping her limbs around you to keep you from sneaking off. "You're so soft darling" she'll whisper to you as she strokes your fur.
