I went to a “Cancel Canada Day” event and burst into tears - not because I was surprised to learn of the unmarked graves (survivors told us they were there. Our government pushed it aside, and we let them), but because seeing all the people gathered in mourning drove it home: They. Were. Children.

This is my country’s legacy - and it’s not history. The last schools closed during my lifetime. My Father went to school with students who lived at the local residential school, after it was changed to a boarding house (read: holding centre) for indigenous youth who went to local schools.

They were all children, injured, abused, and killed in my country’s attempt to erase them. I want the world to see this and hold the state accountable to *active* reconciliation> I mean we could at least truly adopt UNDRIP in action instead of words for god’s sake.

He was more popular on Insta and went under usernames such as lovezombies23, vampirekilljoygerard, something along the lines of we.are.gorillaz23, and gorillaz_prince_happy. At first we met up and stayed in a motel room, he gr*ped me and also brought c*ndoms preparing to... you know.... And also forcing me to fr*nch kiss him multiple times. During the night he also dry h*mped me and I felt that something was wrong. He ended up k*dnapping me when I was in middle school and driving me over multiple state lines when I was 12 years old, groomed me and gave me gifts. He also made us be in a 2D x Noodle relationship with role play accounts on Facebook. He planned to keep me in his closet until I turned 18. He was arrested in New Hampshire until his father bailed him out, so I never got justice. Even after he was caught, arrested, went to court, HE STILL TALKED TO ME!!!!! We were told we cannot speak until I was 18 years old (I’m 19 now). I also found out he preyed on a popular Noodle cosplayer (I will not name names because I’m sure she doesn’t want to get involved), while she was underage. After me and him were done, he dated a 17 year old on Instagram. He’s 28 years old!!!!!! Please be careful!!! He keeps disappearing and making new names every time I find him!!!!!! He took so much away from me so please watch out I don’t want anyone else getting hurt.
