Reasons why we need a Cass and Maps team up RIGHT NOW
#1: Cassandra Cain and Maps Mizoguchi both of their names are alliteration
#2: In birds of prey when maps comes back from the future with a warning she so happens to tell the team Cass is in. Sounds like someone had a past relationship
#3: Although I desperately want Maps to be robin I fear what Bruce and DC writers would do to a girl and Asian robin. So if they can't be trusted with robin another mantle adjacent to robin will be made and it will be so slay
#4: Having a new robin adjacent mantle attached to the batgirls will be so cool and it might stop everyone from pretending Baba, Steph and Cass are still teenagers
#5: We know maps becomes a vigilante from bop and also has some pretty advanced tech so it would make sense for her origin to be as Cass's trainee because we can assume she would have learnt stuff from oracle
#6: The whimsy would be off the charts
#7: The pop culture references Cass comics kinda miss out on would be filled
#8: To get Cass to train someone it would have to be someone as determined and unrelenting as Maps
#9: It would be so funny as Maps and Cass are fundamentally silly guys
#10: The first time they interacted it took them all of five minutes before they started sneaking around places they're not supposed to be. They're on the same wave length
#11: Took Maps ten minutes to find out Cass's secret identity (although famously Cass doesn't try very hard to hide it)
#12: Cass and Maps are canonically second best friends
