Let's be clear, Barry Bluejeans isn't bi because he's in love with Lup. She's a woman, full stop, so normally I'd be fine with reading him as straight.

Barry is bi because his only reaction to waking up naked to two guys (and a walking talking mannequin) in his home was "WOW must've had a wild night lol better get dressed". No panicking over what this means for his sexuality, just calm acceptance and a request for the clothes Merle is holding.

I keep thinking about this moment because it was really sweet and unprompted. Catherine was so excited to be there and wanted so badly to do a good job (she did a GREAT job with maybe the hardest episode yet) and to get a little praise from someone with as much Dropout success as Ify? You can't buy an ego boost like that!

She also really IS good at Game Changer because there's no damn way I would've ever figured out the trick, let alone as fast as she did. Also the fact she instinctively just gave away everything she learned to help other constestants. I hope they bring her back for a less chaotic episode soon.

I think what needs to be talked about more about Midoriya is how adept he is. Like, he'll observe and apply and it's nearly effortless for him. And sometimes to great comedic effect!

I'm catching up with the TUM and got to chapter 36. Spoilers for anyone who hasn't read the manga. Summary!

So, Camie (who know Miss Glam Queen) she has been training her quirk and asked Todoroki for help through group chat. She's training her quirk and needs descriptions so she can conjure up illusions. Of course, given it's Camie, Todoroki is happy to help but doesn't understand how she talks/messages.

Midoriya takes over and within seconds he figures out just talk how she does. Here's the thing though. He picks up how she talks and easily there's back and forth between them because Midoriya understands and correctly texts back to her.

Because he likes learning about quirks, as expected he gets invested.

Not only that, by the end, he was so influenced he started talking like her! THIS CHAPTER WAS TOO FREAKING FUNNY!! ꉂ(≧▽≦)
