Sorry about your migraine! I was gonna reply to the post that had the thing, but it seems to have disappeared. I don't know whether you have a lot or a little experience with migraines, but just in case it helps: It's my understanding that sodium/electrolyte levels can effect migraine severity. If you haven't been drinking much water or have been sweating a lot, drinking some water with fruit juice mixed in may help lessen the pain

I sadly have experience with migraines. I have them all the time growing up, as adult I learned lowkey how to keep them at bay but sometimes the stress, emotions, noise and heat triggers them.
And this hell of week give me one. No worrys I got my water and electrolytes on point.
Thankfully here due to high heat waves we have easy access to electrolytes ( for free!! We can just go and grab a bunch and prepare them at home) .
Another good mix is mineral water with some sugar cane soda . It boost you a lot. But I did directly use painkillers this time. Donât kill pain but helps to not think to much about it. I just need to survive 5 more work hours and I can die.
