HEY THERE! I’m an artist/ musician who goes by Sneeg. I’m usually not very active but I do occasionally post some of my stuff on here so!

I use she/her, however some of my friends refer to me by they, so that’s ok too.

My fandoms/ stuff I’ll gladly talk about: SHINEDOWN/music in general, PHM, TADC, mythology/marine biology, metal family, my OCs, tomodachi life, space

Stuff about me: -I’m pretty busy! I play in a chamber orchestra and two bands! I’m mainly a bassist, but I also do guitar and backing vocals. -I have or have had a lot of strange pets, I live in a very animal oriented family. -tumblr formatting hates me. I still don’t understand how to use this shit -I don’t have discord, don’t ask. -I’m kinda dumb, sorry. I don’t really scroll on here I just post stuff so if we’re mutuals and I just randomly like 40 of your posts it’s probably cuz I went “oh fuck they think I forgot about them let’s go randomly stalk their account”. -I have an art account on insta! 6. Considering I wanna eventually be in a touring band, I think the answer is kind of self explanatory. But it would be nice to have a home base to go back to, since I prefer routine over change lol

28. Usually just listening to music and drawing, or practicing my instruments. I find it easier to do stuff when I don’t have people watching me. That being said, I will clean sometimes if I’m by myself (rare occurrence)

Also unfortunately no, we have a couple of original songs but we are wayyy back in a long list of bands waiting to be recorded by the person we have connections with💔. However, we do have a ‘friend’ band of sorts I would encourage everyone to go listen to! They’re called Potato Hill and they’ve released three singles so far that are really good if you’re into more indie/folk-feel type stuff! They’re all super nice people too and great performers. And for what music I plan on making, I’m not really sure. I’ve got a lot of genres I’d want to branch into (alt rock, nu metal, stuff like that while also definitely wanting to include a bunch of other random stuff) but I’m not so good with writing songs. I am hopefully recording cello on a song sometime soon but it is ALSO waiting in line with a different producer so. Yay.

some people will be like “I wonder why fanfic writers don’t share their works anymore😔” and then this is them when a writer is kind enough to share something they write — as a hobby, for their own enjoyment — with them for free.

some people really don’t realize how privileged they are that they get fanfics for free. imagine having access to something for free because someone is kind enough to share it with you… and then being rude, entitled and an ungrateful pos to that person who was kind enough to share their creation with you for free

“almost 1 year is a lil too much for me” fuck off. fanfic writers don’t owe you anything. one of my favorite fics was updated after 13 years, and what I did is that I thanked the author for choosing to continue the work, I didn’t act like a spoiled toddler by asking why they didn’t update sooner. and even if a writer chooses to abandon their fic permanently with no explanation, that is their choice, their hobby, their decision. they don’t owe your entitled ass anything.

you people let tiktok rot your brains to the point you see everything as content farm and engagement. not a piece of art created by the artist’s love and passion. it’s dystopian.

Wish I could find out more about this AO3 author who wrote a fanfic that was the most awful acid trip-esque piece of writing I’ve ever read that I still quote to this day. It is their only work and I feel this is a sign of some kind. I need more.

1: I would like to dye my hair black. This is eventually the goal, but I can't decide between just doing it (and facing my family's judgement), or slowly dying it darker shades of brown every so often and seeing how long it takes someone to notice (so I'm less likely to be judged, at least right away, and also because it'd be funnier)

Interestingly, though The Grinch Who Stole Christmas is narrated by Boris Karloff, the big musical number is sung by the late Thurl Ravenscroft - an American voice actor better known as the voice of Tony the Tiger.

My headcanon is that the Grinch and Tony the Tiger had a bad breakup, and “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” is the resulting breakup song.
