✨ 🌸 My Self Care Tippies 🌸 ✨

Having a good self care routine can help keep your Mental Health and Positivity at a high!

☕Sometimes you just need an internal hug. I grew up drinking Orange Pekoe tea with my PAPA but since he has passed i don’t drink it as much. I also wanted to start drinking and making floral and herbal teas more - anywho making a warm drink of choice ⏩ stir clockwise to welcome positivity into your day or life, and stir counter clockwise to remove negativity. The Warmth feels like a hug going into your body when you drink it.

+ You can ADD herbs that have specific properties that could help like lavender for relaxation, citrus for productivity.

🛁Bath Rituals - If you haven’t figured it our or if i didn’t make it obvious enough haha i am a Water Lover. My most worked with ELEMENT🌊 Add herbs/salts/essential oils to a bath with properties you may need or want at that time⏰

🌌Wash you body/hair or BOTH with your favourite scents ⏩ i love anything Vanilla or along that line. Sometimes floral scents too!!!You can 👀practice visualizing the water cleansing and removing negativity from your day. Wether it be a bath or shower🚿

🌿Add herbs with magickal properties needed/wanted when making a DELICIOUS meal. YAY for Kitchen Witchery🍴 Example - bay leaves work well in stews and represent prosperity and/or protection.

🎶Make music playlists that are charmed with specific intentions. I have a bunch of songs on youtube or spotify

🔮Take a moment to meditate with your favourite crystal/shell/pebble/gem or whatever you meditate with!

🚶🌲Take a walk or spend some time outdoors, pay attention to what plants and animals there in your surroundings. Lately - okay -not lately but since summer i have been wanting to get a Plant Identification book so my Daughter and i could learn. I want to evetually forage whatever i can find that isn’t poisonous. It was fun and relaxing to do!!!

🌁We live on the 8th floor of an old apartment building and one thing my Daughter and I ▶ my son too when i do hold him - like to take in the air coming in the room, cleansing it and ourselves. We ambrace the kisses the breeze gives us 💋
