three things are true about Star Trek: Enterprise and I'm going to tell you them now
the opening is rad as fuck fight me
T'Pol is so hot ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygodohm
The Andorian Incident is one of the best episodes of Star Trek ever
every month is pride month on the NX-01
(and travis is a very tired ally BEGGING that someone makes a move)
Am i crying about Artemis II again? Yes. Yes i am.
Star Trek fans, 2026: "Ugh, I hate Starfleet Academy! We need real Trek like we had in the 90s, like Voyager."
Star Trek fans, 2000s: "God these internet reviews are right, Voyager was literally unwatchable! It wasn't real Trek, like DS9!"
Star Trek fans, 1990s: "They don't even go anywhere! This oddly joyless book about Trek bloopers literally said the show should be called Bajor: Terek Nor! It wasn't real Trek, like TNG!"
Star Trek fans, 1980s: "TNG isn't even real Star Trek. Only the original is real Star Trek."
The world's largest Lost in Space Fan, 1966: "This upstart program will never displace Lost in Space in the hearts and minds of the people! Lost in Space will be the number one space opera show FOREVER!"
Star Trek fans, 2000s-present: "Enterprise sucks! Bring back real Trek, like anything else!"
Me, 2001 - present:

Thinking about what Wolf 359 did to Sisko and Picard
Spin the wheel twice (feel free to re-spin if you don't recognize a character)
These two Star Trek characters are now stuck in a time loop, are the only two people aware of it, and need to work together to get out of it. How are they doing?
nobody has ever broken out of a loop faster before
good! they work together pretty well
eh. it's ok-ish
could go either way
it's not going well...
they're never making it out of there
other hyperspecific answer
you know how it goes
TOS Textposts pt 9-???
I made this ages ago and finally decided to share it lmao
mutual pining is such a great shrancher genre… a delicious blend of culturally-induced obliviousness, duty-bound emotional distance, and belligerent sexual tension… also a huge fan of the comedic potential of "everyone around them thinks they know what's going on, obviously they're sleeping together, DUH," meanwhile they're standing on opposite ends of the bridge and looking at each other when the other one isn't looking and archer is like "yeah I almost died for him the other week, but it's just because our people need to cooperate and he's our best chance at an alliance… we're just normal friends tbh. barely see each other outside of work" and Shran is like "we have an honor-bound covenant. no that's not a euphemism. he clearly doesn't understand when I'm coming onto him, so he's not interested. anyway, he's the only alien I trust. normal-style." meanwhile they're standing one dick-length apart and glaring into each other's eyes like nothing else in the universe matters, and everyone else isn't sure whether they should leave or not, because the diplomatic treaty of the week hasn't been signed yet, but they're scared that these two weird middle-aged soldiers are going to start ripping each other's uniforms off in the middle of the function room like teenage vulcans during their first pon farr

the funniest thing abt the animated series is still mccoy constantly pestering spock for being a weird alien with abnormal physique that is super hard to treat. despite the fact that they introduced another crewman who straight up has three arms and three legs
bones: i hate treating nonhuman aliens so much its soo annoying and lame. not you arex and m'ress you did nothing wrong in your lives ever and i know it
