Update Part 2: June 2016

My 1st album just got its first feature on a popular celebrity blog!!! 

Definitely not taking this for granted. I hope my words speak to others. Cause when I can't say it, I sing it because thats when I let emotions take over to tell a story! Shoutout to C.D. for the advice and wisdom you’ve given me and has led me down the right path I’m on today. This is only the start of my Journey. I again hope my follower or anyone new comes along on this journey with me.

I’m forever blessed, grateful, and thankful to get this recognition when I’m an undiscovered, unknown, unsigned solo artist. But please pray for me that record labels catch wind of this and My Comeback can commence!

Thank you followers for sticking around the last 5-6 years and not giving up on me. This will not go unnoticed and I will definitely pay it forward to you guys.

Finally finished my 1st EP Solo Album!!!!!! WOOT WOOT!

Now that I’m done, I’m taking a break from the recording studio to focus on my new journey with my band and getting back into performing!! Once my band and I have written a full length album that we feel would market us, I will share a group shot of us and any info needed. Will also be creating a webpage and there will be a link for any band info.

A week from this Tuesday, I’m going on a Business Vacation. I’m going to meet new people I’ve come in contact with in the last few months. I’m also going to see if this is where I will live this next year. I’m finally gonna put my SAG-AFTRA union card to use, as I have been lacking in that department. I will be gone for two-three weeks and I’m excited to share some potentially good news about my personal life. ;D

This next chapter in my life is going to be AWESOMESAUCE!

I hope you will come with me as a fan, follower, and supporter. I’m finally going to busy non stop that I’ll miss this past year because of all the downtime I had.You guys have been with me since the start and I’m so thankful for your patience. I promise once I start blogging and recording everything I do, You guys will understand so much more about me.

Lastly, I’ve decided to reactivate my Facebook. Six years ago I decided I needed to step back from that site cause of hurtful and negative messages I would send out. I was in such a dark then, but now I’m in the light and its time for my Comeback. (Haha Also, a lot of people think I’m dead cause they have no way of finding me online :P lol)

I’m ready to work hard this week with my workouts, packing, and making a full schedule of events that are planned

Update (May 2016)

Hey Tumblr!!!

So April was quite a journey for me. I’ll start at the beginning of why I first got into the recording studio. After I had not made it to the live auditions rounds on the music reality competition show that I auditioned for, I was broken for a bit. (Ha But then the show got cancelled that season, so I knew it wasn’t my talent that was a factor of not getting on) But a childhood best friend of mine encouraged me to keep going and show people my passion for singing and how far I had come from when I was a little child who couldn’t hold a single note. So she suggested that I get into the recording studio and professionally record my own original songs and cover songs. So thats what I did. These last two and half years have been so AMAZING. The moment I first stepped behind the mic to record the cover of John Legend’s “All of Me”, I knew I was I was home. I was writing songs about my past and about being an addict. Cause I did it in hope for my friend and I to clean up our acts and sober up. I did and have had the best time being sober. But it will be a month this coming coming Friday, that I lost my childhood best friend to addiction :( She was my EVERYTHING! I almost stopped recording my album cause I thought there was no point. But at the advice of my family, mentors, and team they told me to keep recording to get the message out about addiction and mental illness issues my friend was facing. They were right, I was not just doing it for her or me, but for anyone dealing with this or has dealt with it in the past. This is an ongoing issue and trend that we see from our Celebrity Idols and its got to STOP! Cause we don’t even hear about the everyday people facing these issues and what its like for them. 

So I’m currently working on my second to last song for my EP Album.  Then I will get back in the studio to record a full length album with my band that I started to assemble last month! :) We are going to write songs about issues that people need to start talking about. Are focus will not be to write about Sex and Drug use that most artist sing in a positive light, but vice versa.

All I ask, is that you stay with me on this journey I’m on. Cause its going to be a good one. I can’t wait for you guys to hear the last couple of songs that I’ve recorded! You’ll have a better sense of me as a person. Cause I’m always better  telling things through song.

Anyways, I will update later this month with some great news I hope to be able to share! ;)

Update:March 2016

Been working real hard these last couple of months. I Workout two hours a day, six days a week and its really paying off. The middle of last month I made my goal weight! But now I’m determined to lose an extra 40lbs to be back at my weight in High School.

Last month I finished my second original song for my EP. Now I’m currently working on my 3rd and going into the recording studio twice a week to get it done by the middle of next month. Then I will have only two songs left before my EP is fully finished!!! I can’t wait for you guys to hear the progress in my songwriting and steps I’m taking as a singer. :D

Also, By the end of the month I will be finished writing my first book. Then I have a lot of editing to do cause I’m over in my word count. Then it will be sent to my Publishers for final touches.

I can't wait to share my new headshots too that will be taken in a couple months once I feel I look my best.

Then once everything is released, I will finally start working on my journey that I have been teasing for months. I have gone through different psychological exams and passed each one with flying colors and now waiting on start my last one. I’m working my butt off day & night to get to where I need to be by summertime.

I promise all this mystery surrounding my life will finally all be explained once my project’s debut. These last six years have led to my comeback this year, which will prove worth all the waiting I’ve been doing.

I’m thankful for all my followers on here who’ve stuck around to experience this journey with me. I’m forever blessed and grateful to all that have shared and supported me.

Everything is finally happening for me and I couldn’t be more excited for whats to come.

Update: January 2016 :D

Hey everyone, Happy Belated New Year

Sorry that I haven’t been posting so much or on tumblr. I’ve been busy working, working out, playing with my pups ( Yes, I have two lovely Golden Retrievers), and back in the recording studio to finish my EP.

So much has happen since the end of 2015. To start off on a sad note, this last Friday my family lost a beloved family dog. She died of liver cancer. She was the third family dog to die within 2 years (One died of old age and the other died of an unknown illness) But she was the joy that brighten a lot of people’s days. She will be missed.  -R.I.P. Penny-

 I have been working out six days a week for two hours. I made myself my own personal workout room to get as much work done as possible. I decided I wanted to live more of a healthy lifestyle and be able to fit back into clothes I’ve bought over the last six years that I was able to at one point before I got off track.

I also have been writing non stop for the past eight months so I can meet my publisher’s deadline. Without giving away whats it about, Its a book that will help millions of affected people around the world and hopefully bring people more of an understanding of the subject. I also have a second book in the works that will be more happy and upbeat of a read. I really can’t wait to share it with you once I’ve completed it and my editor is done with the final touches. :D

Also, a year ago this month I started to recording my album in the studio, but got sidetracked with all these plans I was trying to put into motion all at once. But I realized that my passion for singing was at the top of my list and needed to finished what I started. I’m working with a new producer/songwriter that is helping bring my original songs to life. My team that I get the honor to work with  are fully supported of my vision. I promise this album will not be some cheap pop songs, but they will have a deep meaning when you listen to them. I’m hoping to have all my songs fully produced and ready to go by Spring/Summertime. As a classically trained vocalist, my producer is helping me step out of those boundaries to see how versatile my singing is.

Lastly, even though my Project BD didn’t happen the way I planned it to, It still in motion. I’m just waiting for my other projects to come to light before I take this big step in my life. Also I’ve been working and saving a lot to make sure I’m completely funded. The plan is to start it sometime in the early fall once all the paperwork has been completed.

I just want to say how blessed and grateful I am to my followers for standing by through everything. You inspire and motivate me to never give up. I will start to open up more this year about my life and the people or animals in it. I hope you stick with me through this amazing journey I’m on and see where it takes me. Wherever it does, I’m thankful for all the support from family, friends, followers, my team, and the kindness of strangers I’ve come across lately. I hope to also gain some more followers along the way that believe in my message and want to help me spread it worldwide. Cause once I’m where I want to be, I will be starting charities that are close to my heart and have been wanting to give back to not only to the community, but to those around the US (Hopefully one day I’ll reach people worldwide,But for now I’m focused on those close to home.)

I hope everyone is having an AMAZING 2016 so far and remember to Never Give Up!

Update (End of July 2015)

Hey Everyone!

So here is what I’ve been up to:

-Spent the last three weeks working with my insurance company and driver who hit me. Hoping to get my new car by the end of this week, but most likely not.

-My Project that involves lawyers is BACK ON!!!  I hit a road bump for a second, but now I have everything planned out and things came together on their own. Again, once I’m legally able to fully share the full details you will hear it here first.

The next couple of months involve me getting the rest of my life put together so I’m able to complete tho journey. I have a lot of work a head of me and I can fully say that I’m ready for whats to come

I want to thank everyone who has stayed with me or have just started following me. You’re the reason I’ve gotten this far in the last couple years. I’m grateful and blessed that you saw something worth while  on my blog and hope that you all will stick with me to the end. I’m Ready to make a positive impact on others and share my story with all.

Feeling so Blessed and Grateful

Early this morning, my friend and I were victims in a Hit N Run by an unlicensed 15 year old. (Who allegedly was drinking and driving with her passengers)

My new car is totaled and my anxiety is high.

I’m thankful that my friend and I are ok and that no one was harmed.

I’m also thankful for the witnesses who stuck around and to the cops for handling this situation and getting to the scene within five minutes! They were an outstanding group of officers.

This message is for anyone who drinks: 

Please Stop Drinking and Driving! Its not worth the risk. Also if you’re unlicensed or its suspended, please do a favor to every driver on the road and stay off. I do not wish bad karma on the driver, I just feel very sorry for them.

This is something celebrities need to preach to their followers!

Next Step: Contracts

I know I’ve been MIA as of late, but its all for good reason.

I had two BIG tests that I needed to pass to begin my project’s journey. Well I passed and now can start the contracts!

I’m so excited to finally begin this new life I’ve been waiting so patiently for.

I hope to get the contracts signed from everyone I need by the end of June so I’m ready to go by the end of July.

I know I’ve been holding back on this forever, but I’m not legally allowed to speak about anything for a few more months. Believe me, when I am allowed I will blog/vlog about it nonstop! :D

Landed in the midwest two days ago to pick up my new car and boxes of work. (Already missing the west coast and can’t wait to be back there after my journey.)

I’m thankful for the inspiration, motivation, and support I have been receiving from those around me and my followers! You give me the strength to speak out and make change. I have been on here for four years now and I have grown so much from the people I’ve gotten the chance chat and interact with, I will never take those great moments for granted. But now all the hard work I’ve done over these last few years is almost ready to shared. Ready for either a big fail or win. (But so far I’m winning for getting this far and preparing for whats to come)
