depression tip for people with longer hair –

i'm not sure if this is even a thing outside of Germany but birch hair water has saved my ass more than once now.

DO NOT overuse this because it can dry out your scalp but since I started applying it after I wash my hair I can go a bit longer with not washing it without it looking too horrible. I will also sometimes (again, don't overdo this) use it when I would technically have to wash my hair and need to look more presentable because I don't like dry shampoo.

Obviously, this does not replace washing your hair but it's a low effort step that can make life a little easier.
