This year marks the fifth anniversary of one of my favourite games of all time, Far Cry 5. This game is an absolute comfort, and I always find myself returning to it. I know Hope County like the back of my hand, but it always manages to surprise me.

Over the years I’ve created and recreated a number of props and other items from the game, and I see myself continuing to do so for years to come.

Hope County will always be home to me 🤍

I am finally finished with one of my biggest projects, both as a celebration of the FC5 anniversary and a sort of homage to the amazing FC5 community that keeps me coming back and keeps me inspired <3

The whole comic was inspired by one singular hearing of this song and it has kept me tied to the computer for a week

Context and some explanation under the cut:

The idea is that while walking through a field of dandelions Noah finds one dandelion clock. He picks it up to make a wish, and as he takes a breath to blow it out a wish he isn't particularly fond of pops into his head. That wish is being with Joseph. Having his 'I won't say I'm in love' moment Noah discards the intrusive thought right with the dandelion. But whether he likes it or not, the wish is made when the wind takes the seeds away. And be it coincidence or God's will the one last seed lands on Joseph's bible, on a particular name. And the man himself being the Voice hearing prophet, he just knows. And with the single dandelion seed, he too makes a wish. :)
