Well, i was just scrolling through my phone when i thought of a potential way Loki could still be allive and here it goes.

Spoiler Alert !!

In the opening scene of infinity war, Loki tries to trick and kill Thanos and fails. Hence, Thanos kills him. End of story.

Thor is devastated and remains so, till the opening scene of Avengers Endgame and to avenge his brother travels to his past to retrieve the reality stone from Asgard where he meets his mother. There's a faint appearance of Loki in that scene but strangely Thor just forgets about his brother and goes back. But, when Tony, Cap and Scott time travel back to the time of Avengers first to retrieve the Space stone, they fail, because they mess up and Loki steals the stone and vanishes.

There is no other scene where Loki re-appears or anything that explains his whereabouts. You see, when Loki retrieves the space stone just after the avengers defeat him, he now creates a new path of reality for himself which possibly doesn't end up in him getting killed by Thanos. Also in the Endgame, Thanos already knows that the Avengers have all the stones so he goes straight to Earth in that very timezone and that's when the Endgame battle takes place. In that version of reality, Thanos doesn't need to roam around the universe and he never gets to Loki or anyone else, which also indicates that Gamora is also still actually alive.

And also we already know that Tom Hiddleston is leading the Loki series and now Endgame is also over but he's still keeping shut about how the series will unfold. A series about a deceased character wouldn't require that much secrecy.
