HAVING/BEING WHAT YOU WANT
• write down what you want
• ask yourself why you want it
• what feeling do you imagine it will provoke in you to have it?
realize that’s your motivation, we want things for the emotional gratification we think it will grant us, the feeling is more so the goal than the acquiring of that specific thing. the paradox is when we realize we want it for the feeling rather than the having the specific thing and realize we can access the feeling before we get the “physical” thing then we reach the state we ultimately want to be in (and think we will be as a result of getting what we want). but we do it the other way around, and our energy is compatible with what we want, because we embody the feeling of having it instead of focusing on not having it, and there’s no resistance in us, and as a result the object/ circumstance of our desire comes to us anyway
• describe the feeling you’ll get from it
example: i want a month long vacation to bali. i want it because it’d be fun
fun is > light, easy. it feels free, feels like playfulness, etc
• the longer you go on when it feels good and fun to do so the more you practice it. if you try to force it you’re better off letting go for a while instead practice it regularly, every day, once a week, you’re welcoming and practicing the vibration no matter what
