“one sip at a time.”
“She burns slower than her cigarette but just as deadly.”

When He Leads, She Follows
There’s something sacred about the kind of leadership that doesn’t demand — it invites.
A man who knows where he’s going doesn’t have to beg for trust; it’s written in his tone, his actions, the stillness in his eyes.
And when he falters — when he hides behind silence, excuses, or pride —
a woman feels it in her spirit before she ever says a word.
Because real women don’t follow confusion.
They follow presence.
They follow peace.
You can’t ask her to follow
if you don’t know where you’re going.
You can’t hold the title of leader
and refuse to take the first step.
She watched you stand still,
and still, she waited.
She matched your silence,
hoping it meant patience —
but silence without purpose
is just distance wearing a disguise.
She’s not built to chase circles.
Her love moves forward —
not in fear,
not in pride,
but in faith that someone, somewhere,
knows how to walk beside her.
Because leadership isn’t control.
It’s direction.
It’s saying “come with me,”
and proving that following you
won’t cost her peace.
I used to mistake potential for leadership — the quiet promise of what someone could become if they just decided to. But I’ve learned that love built on potential always asks you to lead the way, to carry more than your share, to teach what should already be known. Now, I listen less to words and more to consistency. I watch how a man shows up — not just when it’s easy, but when it’s inconvenient. Because a woman who knows her worth doesn’t follow titles or talk — she follows direction born from integrity. And if that’s missing, I’ll keep walking my own path until I find someone whose steps meet mine.

5 minute morning ritual to feel grounded
From the youtube days I've always enjoyed watching peoples morning routines. I've been trying to master mine and have tried different concepts others use. My current essentials is a coffee, my journal, music, candle, and skincare routine. Of course that is when I sit down light myself a joint and leave everything on the paper. I like to make a plan for my day to ease my anxiety. Let me know what you do to ground yourself in the mornings.
